Mechanical Maintenance Manager The Mechanical Maintenance Manager is responsible for establishing and developing a strong safety culture throughout the organization. You will take responsibility for fostering a safe work environment by actively establishing and upholding control measures and safety procedures. You will be planning maintenance actions and leading a team of technicians. As leader of the unit you will have the opportunity to build a competent and dependable team from scratch, capable to scale Stegra's operations in Sweden and beyond. Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation of maintenance strategies, activity plans, schedules, and preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance. Responsible for safety, environmental and compliance. Lead the team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. Responsibility for the execution of mechanical projects, including upgrades and installations. Oversee and manage the mechanical systems and technology to ensure they operate efficiently and adhere to regulations. Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance, and provide regular reports to the operations management. Working with and manage suppliers and contractors. Manage the department's budget. Foster an innovative and inclusive organisational culture with focus on continuous improvements and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications: Relevant degree in engineering or relevant industry experience. Experience in greenfield projects, startups or commissioning. Strong process and technical knowledge in the mechanical field. Experience in ISO systems 9001/14001/45001. Insight in digital tools for maintenance. Experience working with SMS equipment. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools Office suite, CMMS systems etc. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards. Very good communication skills in English. Basic Swedish skills is seen as a plus.

Production Manager We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for building, establishing, and developing a robust safety culture across the organization. This role includes taking an active role in creating a safe work environment by participating in the development and maintenance of process control and safety practices. As a production manager, you will be joining the organization in an early stage of the company and will thus be making sure the steel mill gets up and running before the launch of the steel production. Overall operational responsibility for personnel, HSE, performance and budget within the production department. Lead the organization in achieving goals and objectives and monitor progress toward achieving them. Lead the department`s development of working methods, investment plan and continuous improvements. Follow up operations to ensure efficient, safe and quality controlled processes. Qualifications Academic degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent 5-7 years of relevant experience in process, production or maintenance. Good knowledge in relevant industry regulations, best practices and compliance standards. Strong understanding of process optimization and lean principles Proficiency in using relevant software and tools e.g. office suite, maintenance systems, information system, follow-up system and purchase systems Very good process knowledge Ability to combine long-term thinking with the ongoing work in the department. Good leadership skills, ability to develop the group and the department. Very good oral and written skills in English. Basic Swedish skills is seen as a plus. Infrastructure Engineer As an Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll play a key role in optimizing facility operations and managing service partnerships. From maintaining buildings and emergency generators to overseeing cleaning services and outdoor lighting, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and sustainably. Your focus will be on strategic outsourcing, procurement, and compliance, making sure safety standards are met while driving cost-efficient solutions. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help create a reliable, high-performing, and future-ready workplace. Responsibilities: Lead & Optimize Service Agreements – Manage contracts for building maintenance, emergency generators, cleaning, elevators, lighting, and more, ensuring seamless operations. Drive Procurement & Compliance – Negotiate contracts, oversee procurement strategies, and ensure all services meet safety and industry standards. Collaborate & Problem-Solve – Act as the key contact for service partners, resolving issues and ensuring smooth, effective teamwork. Champion Sustainability – Integrate eco-friendly, cost-effective solutions into infrastructure maintenance. Ensure Performance & Training – Monitor service quality, provide guidance to stakeholders, and maintain documentation for accountability. Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with expertise in maintenance operations. Industry Experience – 3+ years in heavy industry maintenance, with experience in service contracts, procurement, and matrix organizations. Proven background in large-scale manufacturing (50+ employees) and familiarity with ISO standards (9001/14001/45001/50001, IATF 16949). Proficiency in maintenance processes, Office Suite, digital tools, and procurement contracts. Very good English communication skills (Swedish is a plus) and a role model for safety culture.
