What you’ll do The Head of Process Development and Optimization is responsible for leading plant-wide process performance, optimization, and asset effectiveness. The role acts as the central performance authority within the Technology function, supporting Operations to achieve stable, efficient, and reliable production. The role integrates process engineering, electrical and instrumentation, technical services, and plant support teams to drive continuous improvement and lifecycle performance. What you’ll do The QC and R&D Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality, laboratory excellence, and driving research and development initiatives for the Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) and Hydrogen (H₂) plants. This role acts as the technical authority for product quality, process chemistry, and material performance, ensuring that DRI output meets required specifications while supporting continuous improvement and innovation aligned with green steel objectives. What you’ll do Right now, we are looking for a Network Engineer for our Digital Site Services team. In this role you will report to our Digital Domain Manager and sit within our Digital Enterprise function. The team is responsible for delivering and operating a secure, resilient digital infrastructure that supports all site operations from fixed and wireless networks to datacenters and critical connectivity across the Digital Factory.
