Knowledge / Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification. 7–10 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably including 3–4 years in brake component development for passenger cars. Strong experience in new product development, including value engineering and cost-saving initiatives from concept phase through industrialization in the automotive industry. Solid understanding of product development stages and Technical Logical Delivery Plans (TLDP). Experience in component and system documentation, including DFMEA, design reviews, DPR & ESOW, DV/PV plans, and related deliverables. Project management experience covering milestone planning and delivery, cost management for owned components, and PPAP activities. Experience with BOM management, including EBOM and material BOM, using Teamcenter and/or KDP systems. High competence in technical specifications, including 2D/3D drawings, GD&T, attribute sign-off, and technical documentation. Valid EU driving license.

Senior Software Engineer (.NET / TypeScript) We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET C# development and hands-on experience with TypeScript-based frontend technologies. You will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications, working across both backend services and modern web frontends. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on the CSM module. Customize and configure ServiceNow components including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and notifications. Develop and manage REST and SOAP integrations with external systems. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement of ServiceNow applications. Follow best practices for ServiceNow development, documentation, and version control. Required Experience & Skills 3–6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. Strong expertise in the CSM (Customer Service Management) module – configuration, case management, workflows, portals, and integrations. Practical experience with REST and SOAP APIs and building integrations with ServiceNow. Strong understanding of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow platform capabilities. Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team environments. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM, or relevant module certifications. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of ITIL processes.
