Vill du vara med och driftsäkra våra högautomatiserade maskinanläggningar i Mölndal? Om rollen I rollen som Production Engineer kommer du att vara med och utveckla samt förbättra vår produktionsanläggning, som omfattar monterings-, bearbetnings- och förpackningsmaskiner samt process- och reningsanläggningar. I fabriken sker montering, förädling, sterilisering och förpackning av medicintekniska produkter. Du blir en del av ett team som idag består av tio personer med varierande roller och bred kompetens. Tillsammans arbetar vi för att säkerställa en stabil och effektiv produktion samt driva förbättrings- och utvecklingsarbete. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är: Utveckla och förbättra produktionsutrustning med fokus på mekanisk konstruktion. Felsöka och lösa tekniska problem för att säkerställa hög tillgänglighet och driftsäkerhet i produktionen. Delta i projekt och investeringsaktiviteter där kompetens inom mekanisk konstruktion krävs. Definiera, utveckla och implementera standardiserade arbetssätt inom mekanisk konstruktion. Bidra till att verksamheten tillämpar modern teknik och relevanta konstruktionsmetoder. Erfarenhet av Autodesk Inventor (3D) och AutoCAD (2D) är meriterande. Erfarenhet av testning, verifiering, installation och driftsättning av tekniska lösningar. Högskoleutbildning inom maskinteknik eller motsvarande kompetens med inriktning mot mekanisk konstruktion. Kunskap inom elkonstruktion är meriterande. Kunskap inom automation är meriterande. Ett starkt kvalitetsfokus samt hög säkerhets- och kostnadsmedvetenhet. God kommunikativ förmåga och lätt för att samarbeta med personer på olika nivåer och med varierande teknisk bakgrund. As our Embedded System Engineer, you will be in charge of design and the technical documentation of our medical device systems throughout their life cycle. Responsibilities Own the design and technical documentation of software and firmware in medical device systems. Support design changes of electrical schematics and PCB designs and conduct reviews. Participate in activities related to electronic design, prototyping, testing and compliance testing against medical standards, EMC, ESD and Radio in collaboration with an external test house. Develop test methods, perform tests and analyze results. Own the specification of production test system equipment and ensure continued compliance in collaboration with contract manufacturing suppliers. Who are you? PCB design experience using E.g Altium, Eagle or KiCad Experience of electronics design including analogue and digital circuits. Experience of battery-operated devices. Knowledge of design for manufacturability and production test. Experience of working with contract manufacturing. Experience from the medical device industry and related standards is an advantage. Very good documentation and communication skills in English are expected. Experience in LabView is an advantage. Experience in Git or other Version control tools is an advantage. Production Technician We are currently seeking a Production Technician for a temporary position at our production facility in Mölndal. In this role, you will work with modern, highly automated machinery in factory, cleanroom, and technical environments. You will be part of the Production Technology department, collaborating with skilled and dedicated colleagues to provide daily operational technical support. Our work culture is characterized by teamwork, curiosity, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for developing and improving standardized work methods and procedures within your assigned production areas. You will design training materials, ensure that instructions are up to date, and support the production organization in daily LEAN activities. This includes coaching operators and ensuring compliance with 5S principles. You will also plan and coordinate operator maintenance in collaboration with the maintenance department, train operators in maintenance techniques, and manage the booking and execution of instrument calibrations within your area. Additionally, you will handle minor purchases related to production, such as material handling equipment and tools. The role involves close collaboration with other departments within Operations, such as Production Development during the implementation of new machinery and Supply & Purchasing during the evaluation of new materials. You will also represent the production function in various cross-functional projects. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with post-secondary education in production technology or a related field, along with solid experience in a production environment—preferably in various roles such as operator, quality assurance, maintenance, or production administration. You possess strong knowledge of production technology, maintenance techniques, practical application of LEAN Production, and standardized work methods. Experience with instrument calibration is considered an asset. As a person, you are structured, responsible, and have excellent communication skills. You thrive in a team-oriented environment and have a natural ability to create order and clarity. Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English is required, as documentation and training are essential components of the role. Om rollen Som Maintenance Technician arbetar du huvudsakligen med underhåll inom vår produktionsanläggning, som omfattar monterings-, beläggnings- och förpackningsmaskiner samt en renings- och processanläggning. Rollen innebär även att arbeta med ständiga förbättringar - både för maskiner och deras driftsäkerhet samt för arbetssätt och utförande av underhåll.
