About the job and us :- DOORI Korean Fried Chicken is located at Bergsgatan 15A in Malmö. We specialize in authentic Korean cuisine and Korean fried chicken prepared with traditional recipes and modern service standards. Service, quality, and authentic Korean food culture are the core of our business. The demands are therefore high on our staff. To be able to do the job you must be structured in your work and able to handle stressful situations and take responsibility. We are looking for a chef who: * Assists in the kitchen with food preparation and cooking * Prepares authentic Korean dishes, sauces, and Korean fried chicken * Communicates and collaborates with kitchen staff and wait staff * Ensures that the premises/kitchen and dishes are clean and fresh * Ensures that kitchen hygiene laws are followed * Participates in planning for purchasing raw materials We want you to: * Have experience in Korean cuisine and Korean food culture * Have experience from the restaurant or hotel industry * Be proficient in English language. The Korean and Swedish language is meritorious * Have a great interest in Korean food culture and service We believe that the right candidate has extraordinary drive and a natural sense of service.
