Role description – Technical project manager Senior technical project managers. You will be responsible for one or more projects, sub-projects or programmes. Many times you are involved from the start of the project and lead the work from idea generation to delivery. You may also work with preliminary studies, analyzes (flow analyses), streamlining operations and investigations. Your leadership is characterized by taking responsibility, creating structure and reaching the goals (everyone's contribution is equally important to reach the end goal), but also the ability to be responsive and engage and motivate co-responsible people in your project group. Who are you? We are looking for you who have a university degree and 5-10 years of experience in project management of both small and large projects. You have experience with project management methodology such as Prince2, PPS or PROPS and have experience working according to agile methods, but also waterfall projects. You are used to dealing with interested parties and stakeholders, have good communication skills and can conduct an active dialogue internally and/or with external actors/authorities. You are fluent in both English and Swedish. It is advantageous if you have a project manager certification according to PMI, IPMA or equivalent.

Responsible for/works with: • Develops both large and small automation solutions in ABB, Siemens and Mitsubishi (eg projects and AO). • Together with others in the project & automation development group selection/review of automation solutions on new machines and during rebuilding/upgrading (projects and AO). • Be part of the breakdown team if necessary. • Line support in electricity and automation. • Documentation in case of change on machine, if necessary in consultation with group leader for project & automation development group or in project form. • Involved in the development of routines and instructions for the project & automation development group. • Participates in innovation forums in automation. • Participates in the project & automation development group's business development within automation. • Automation support for the maintenance department and other UTAs if necessary. • Attend meetings according to the project & automation development group's meeting routine

Responsible for/works with: • Responsible for review of PLC Program and Electrical Design. • Call internal technical meetings and record meetings for Electricity & Automation. • Follow the PMFI project model and its requirements in each phase. • Coordinate preliminary inspection and final inspection of electrical & automation installations and deliveries. • Participate in the development of requirements specifications for request documents together with the project team. • Be responsible for ensuring that basic requirements, documentation requirements, component standards and the documentation requirements for electricity & automation that NKT HV Cables AB have been complied with by the selected supplier. • Participate in FAT/SAT and together with the project team and supplier. • Responsible for additions and changes within electricity & automation in the project. (Change orders). • Responsible for ensuring that applicable regulations, standards and AFS are followed and complied with. • Create the project plan for Electricity & automation in each sub-project
