We’re building the software platform that will run the next generation of commercial vehicles. Trucks, buses, construction machines — the things that move the world. And we’re doing it as an independent company, with a clear mission, and a culture we’re proud of. Now we need someone to help us tell that story. About the role You’ll be the second person in our communications function, working directly with the Head of Communications. This is not a support role. You’ll run your own workstreams, contribute to strategy, and help build a communications function that can scale with a company entering its commercialisation phase. We have an ambitious 2026 plan: a brand launch, employer branding films, 19 exhibitions and events, a website redesign, a social media presence to build from scratch, and internal communications for a growing global team. One person can’t do all of it. Two can. What you will work on • Brand & identity — coordinate agency relationships, manage asset libraries, support the brand launch rollout, help maintain global brand guidelines • Employer branding — film production logistics, TA content, recruitment events, culture activation. Contribute to EB strategy. • Events — registration, travel, stand logistics, speaker prep, and follow-up for 19+ events across Europe and beyond • Website — agency coordination, content gathering, review cycles. Help shape the content strategy. • Internal communications — collect updates from teams, draft newsletter sections, manage distribution, help design new comms systems • Social media — execute the content calendar, schedule posts, monitor engagement, report on performance. Contribute to strategy. • PR & media — media lists, journalist outreach, press release drafts. Help develop the media strategy. • Admin & coordination — agency invoicing, contract tracking, project management across all active workstreams The balance between execution and strategy will evolve as you grow into the role — but from day one, you’re expected to think, not just do. Who you are • 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or employer branding • B2B or software industry background • You’ve run projects end-to-end: planned, coordinated, produced, delivered on internationell level. • You can write — clearly, professionally, and in someone else’s voice when needed • You’re comfortable with social media management and event logistics • You think strategically: you see patterns, spot opportunities, and challenge assumptions • You’re structured and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what’s next • You’re comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving, scaling organisation • Fluent English (our working language). Swedish is a bonus. BONUS POINTS • Writing and design experience (copywriting, Canva, Figma, InDesign, or similar) • Experience coordinating external agencies • Communication strategy development and campaign planning experience Why Coretura We’re not a startup and we’re not a corporation. We’re a 100+ person technology company building something that matters — a platform that will help commercial vehicles become software-defined, safer, cleaner, and more connected. Our culture is built on four principles: WOW, SHARE, CHALLENGE and ECOE. They’re not on the wall. They’re in how we make decisions. You’ll join a communications function at the moment it scales from one person to two. That means you’ll have influence from day one. You’ll help shape the brand, the voice, and the systems that carry Coretura’s story to the world. If you want a role where you can see the direct impact of your work, this is it. Ready to Apply? We review applications continuously — don’t wait.

About the Role Coretura is building the Software Defined Vehicle Platform (SDVP) for commercial vehicles — a foundation that connects operating system technology, cloud services, and deep vehicle integration into one coherent product. It’s ambitious, technical, and built for real‑world impact. To scale this platform with intention, we’re hiring our first Cost Engineer. Someone who sees cost not as a spreadsheet exercise, but as a design parameter. Someone who can translate complexity into clarity and help us make decisions that stand the test of time. This role sits at the intersection of hardware, software, architecture, and operations. A key part of your work will be to educate our teams and run workshops across the organization to build cost awareness and help stakeholders understand how design decisions influence long‑term economics. You’ll shape how we think, how we build, and how we grow. If you want to influence a product that will define the next era of commercial mobility — this is the place. What you will do You’ll establish Coretura’s cost engineering function from day one — starting with our HPC and SOC and expanding across the entire SDV platform. Your mission is to make cost embedded all the way from early design decisions to operational execution, ensuring we always have a clear and accurate view of how our choices impact the bottom line. You will: · Build transparent, reliable cost models for hardware, software, projects, and operations. · Partner with Procurement, Product, Operations, and Engineering to challenge assumptions and reveal opportunities. · Influence early design decisions to secure cost‑efficient development and production. · Communicate insights with precision — risks, opportunities, tradeoffs. · Train teams to understand cost structures, KPIs, and the financial impact of technical choices. · Develop Coretura’s cost frameworks, tools, and processes. · Support supplier and customer discussions with data‑driven clarity. · Strengthen budgeting and forecasting with grounded, actionable analysis. This is a role where your work becomes part of the platform itself. Who You Are You’re analytical, curious, and comfortable questioning the obvious. You bring structure to ambiguity and clarity to complexity. You enjoy teaching others, building new ways of working, and you influence through expertise, rather than hierarchy. You likely have: · An engineering‑related academic background. · Several years of experience in cost engineering, cost analysis, controlling, operations, or similar. · Strong analytical and modeling skills. · Understanding of production processes, supply chains, or technical development environments. · Experience with KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and follow‑up. · The ability to explain complex cost structures simply and effectively. Bonus points if you have: · Experience in hardware, manufacturing, or product development (automotive is a plus). · Experience coaching or training others. Why Coretura? Because here, clarity matters. Ownership matters. Engineering matters. At Coretura, we: Combine startup speed with industrial depth. Build technology that becomes the backbone of future commercial vehicles. Value curiosity, precision, and people who turn complexity into clarity. Move fast — ideas become prototypes, prototypes become products. Empower teams to shape how the future of mobility is built. Ready to Apply? We review applications continuously — don’t wait.
