About the role You’ll be the second person in our communications function, working directly with the Head of Communications. This is not a support role. You’ll run your own workstreams, contribute to strategy, and help build a communications function that can scale with a company entering its commercialisation phase. We have an ambitious 2026 plan: a brand launch, employer branding films, 19 exhibitions and events, a website redesign, a social media presence to build from scratch, and internal communications for a growing global team.
