About You and The Role We are looking for you who is passionate about making drinks and working in a very environment. You will be preparing and serving all kinds of beverage products including: cocktails, wines, soft drinks and coffees. Time to time you will be helping your brothers and sisters on the floor by running the drinks. Previous cocktail shaking experience is a plus. You will be responsible for the preparation of drinks components including: clarification, carbonisation, infusions and more. Greet our guests with a smile and chat at the bar that makes them instantly feel welcomed. Pour each drink to perfection and not forgetting to replace the last bottle in the fridge. About You and The Role We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier with a strong background in high-volume, quality-driven dining environments. You are a natural host with a genuine love for wine, exceptional guest engagement skills, and the ability to create memorable experiences through thoughtful recommendations and storytelling. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the wine experience at Villa Valentina, ensuring that every guest receives expert guidance and an elevated beverage experience that complements our food offering and reflects the warmth, authenticity, and energy of the brand. Working closely with the management, kitchen, and bar teams, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional wine service, supporting the development of the front-of-house team, and helping guests discover the perfect pairings for their dining experience. With a strong presence on the floor, you will build lasting guest relationships while contributing to beverage sales and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. About You and The Role As Head Host, you will play a key role in managing reservations, table allocation and guest flow for one of Stockholm’s most anticipated restaurant openings. Working closely with the General Manager, you will lead the host team and ensure a smooth, welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You are highly organised, naturally warm, and understand that great hospitality starts before the guest sits down. You can balance operational efficiency with guest experience while managing complex booking patterns and service dynamics. You have experience from high-volume restaurants and are confident working with reservation systems. Strong knowledge of WaiterAid is required, including system management and configuration. Experience with SevenRooms is a strong advantage, particularly with guest profiles and reservation strategy. You remain calm under pressure, make quick decisions, and collaborate closely with the GM, AGM and FOH leadership team during busy services.
