Key Responsibilities Design and verify media routing for steering wheel, steering column, and lower storage cable harnesses. Optimize cable routing and lengths to reduce variants, wear, and material waste. Participate in design reviews and technical discussions. Update and review engineering drawings. Prepare and manage ECOs, create MRs, order parts, and verify installations. Support production during test assemblies and implement improvements through Change Requests (CRs). Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness and compliance. Work within Agile PI Planning and Scrum-based project execution. Required Skills & Experience Engineering degree or equivalent experience. Automotive engineering experience. Experience with ECO handling and engineering change management.
