Solution Architect - Integration
SANDVIK AB
Systemanalytiker och IT-arkitekter m.fl.

Do you thrive on designing robust, secure, and scalable integration solutions, and want to see your work power a global business? This is your opportunity to make a real difference! At Sandvik’s Mining business area, we’re looking for a Solution Architect for Integration who’s ready to take the lead in shaping how our systems connect and communicate. Your new team We’re a global leader in solutions for the mining and infrastructure industries, and our IT team plays a key role in connecting people, systems, and data across the business. You’ll join a small, agile team, working closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain. Our culture is open and inclusive, and we believe diverse perspectives drive better solutions. Your mission This role is all about driving the architecture behind our integration landscape. You take charge of defining and enforcing design principles, setting standards for Azure-based integration technologies, and ensuring our third-party suppliers deliver according to plan. As the technical authority for our middleware and integration platforms, you manage everything from interface design to long-term strategy. Your work ensures that our systems—from ERP to sales and supply chain—speak the same language and work together seamlessly. You lead the development of our Azure Integration Framework, maintain a full catalogue of interfaces, and act as the go-to expert for any changes or additions. By collaborating closely with delivery managers and functional teams, you translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring every integration is secure, efficient, and future-ready. Supplier management is a key part of your day-to-day, and you’re always one step ahead—governing, guiding, and improving how we connect our digital ecosystem. You’re based in either Stockholm, Sandviken or Tampere, and we offer a hybrid work setup that supports flexibility and work-life balance. Your profile To succeed, you bring solid experience in integration architecture, ideally with several years of working with iPaaS and a strong command of Microsoft Azure. You’ve held architectural roles before and understand the importance of IT security, especially in middleware environments. A diploma in IT is expected, and certifications in Azure integration are a definite plus. We’re looking for someone who’s not only technically sharp but also a strong communicator. You know how to align stakeholders, manage expectations, and keep projects moving forward. You’re structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup with global teams. Flexibility and interpersonal skills are key, as you’ll be navigating across time zones and cultures. Our culture At Sandvik, we’re tech driven, innovative and entrepreneurial. We believe that success is a team effort so we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive culture where people can be themselves and reach their full potential. So, we invest in supporting each other, learning together and celebrating our differences.
