About the role We are searching for a Financial Controller that will develop and grow together with our R&D organization for Separators in Fleminsberg. As Controller you will be responsible for the financial follow up and speaking partner to the organization in finance question but there will also be an extra focus on improving the follow up model together with Managers in the organization. In this role you will be a part of the Finance Sweden organization in the legal entity Alfa Laval Technologies AB and placed in Flemingsberg. More specifically your key tasks will be: * Monthly closing and reporting including analysis and presentation of the outcome to the organization and the management team. * Forecast preparation and reporting together with the organization. * Continues processes improvement for financial activities. About the role We're looking for a commercially driven sales talent who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering value. As an Inside Sales Engineer, you'll support customers in the Energy Division, managing leads and delivering tailored solutions. About the job In this dual-function role, you will serve as: Global Nuclear Specialist * Lead the development, standardization, and global implementation of processes, procedures, and project-specific documentation related to nuclear quotations and project execution. * Coordinate with key stakeholders across Sales Companies, Global Sales, Project Execution, and technical experts to ensure alignment and quality across all nuclear-related activities. * Provide technical support during nuclear bids and participate in customer discussions, clarifications, and deviation management. * Actively support qualification and certification efforts, including customer audits and internal non-conformance resolution. Local Quality Assurance Manager - Lund Site * Ensure that quality systems, processes, and products comply with applicable regulatory, customer, and corporate standards-particularly in line with nuclear codes such as ASME III, RCCM, and HAF. * Maintain and continuously improve the local quality management system and documentation, including the "Document Handbook." * Lead and coordinate both internal and external audits; liaise with relevant authorities and certification agencies. * Review and approve nuclear-specific technical documentation, including procedures, drawings, and purchase orders. Oversee quality activities throughout the order process and during validation/testing phases. What you know * 5+ Years experience in manufacturing companies with relevant Nuclear codes, Pressure vessel codes and Quality systems * Knowledge of nuclear codes: ASME III, ASME VIII, Indian nuclear code, HAF * Knowledge of relevant ISO /EN / ASTM and ASME standards, PED regulation knowledge for Material, Welding, NDE, Destructive and other testing is a plus * Practical experience of relevant parts above or working with nuclear customers Who you are You hold a Master of Science degree, ideally in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy, or a related technical field. With strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail, you are confident in navigating complex technical and regulatory documentation. Your communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are clear and professional, supporting effective collaboration across functions and regions. About the Role: We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the development and long-term management of Alfa Laval's Sustainability Management System. This system is being built to support sustainability data management and corporate reporting, ensuring compliance with CSRD and ESG frameworks. As IT Specialist - Sustainability, you will be deeply involved in our ongoing implementation project, working closely with IT, sustainability, and data teams to configure, develop, and enhance the system. Once the initial project phase is completed, you will take ownership of the solution, ensuring its continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving sustainability requirements. This role also involves close collaboration with other IT teams managing the source systems that hold much of Alfa Laval's sustainability data. Your ability to integrate, align, and maintain these connections will be essential for ensuring data quality and a seamless reporting process. Given the rapid evolution of the sustainability landscape, we expect continuous enhancements to the system, making this a dynamic and forward-looking role.
