Alfa Laval i Ronneby söker Truck- och lyftanordningsansvarig Som Truckansvarig har du en nyckelroll i fabrikens logistikflöde. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Dina ansvarsområden är uppdelade i tre huvudkategorier: Maskinpark, Säkerhet & Personal samt Operativ drift. Ansvar för Maskinpark & Underhåll Driftansvar: Övergripande ansvar för fabrikens truckpark (t.ex. motviktstruckar, skjutstativ, ledstaplare). Driva truckforum för att samla ihop och koordinera arbetet inom fabriken Service & Reparationer: Agera kontaktperson gentemot externa servicetekniker och leverantörer. Boka in förebyggande underhåll och akuta reparationer. Daglig tillsyn: Tillsammans med TM säkerställa att daglig tillsyn och egenkontroll utförs av förarna enligt rutin. Linde connect : Administrera och hämta information ur Linde connect. Laddstationer: Tillsammans med 5S ansvarig för laddningsstationer och batteribytesplatser ansvara för ordning och funktion vid dessa Inköp/Leasing: Vara delaktig vid kravställning och upphandling av nya maskiner eller tillbehör. Arbeta för en standardisering av truckparken. Säkerhet & Personal Utbildning & Introduktion: Supporta TM i produktion och logistik med att personal har erforderlig utbildning samt hjälpa till att utbilda vid behov. Arbetsmiljö: Aktivt arbeta för att minimera risker, rapportera tillbud/olyckor och driva utredningar vid påkörningar eller skador på gods/ställage. Trafikplanering: Se över och uppdatera fabrikens trafikregler, gångvägar och truckgator för att undvika kollisioner. Coaching: Stötta förarna i deras dagliga arbete och uppmuntra till ett säkert och bränsle-/batterieffektivt körsätt. Operativt arbete Processoptimering: Arbetar med förbättringsområden i det interna materialflödet kopplat till truck och föreslå förbättringar. SOP: Ta fram och upprätthålla SOP (standard operating procedure) för tjänsten. Inventering: Hålla koll på tillbehör och utrustning kopplat till truckarna. Kvalifikationer och Krav För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har följande bakgrund: Skallkrav Truckkort: Giltigt truckkort A+B+D (gärna C om verksamheten kräver det). Erfarenhet: Minst 3-5 års erfarenhet av truckkörning i industri- eller lagermiljö. Teknisk förståelse: Grundläggande kunskap om hur truckar fungerar för att kunna göra enklare felsökningar innan service tillkallas. Språk: Goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift (för säkerhetskommunikation och dokumentation). IT-vana: Goda kunskaper i Office-paketet (främst Excel och Outlook) Allmänt god IT vana är ett krav. Meriterande Erfarenhet av arbetsledning eller teamledarskap. Instruktörsutbildning för truck. Erfarenhet av LEAN-arbete eller 5S. Van vid att arbeta i lagerhanteringssystem (D365/VMS) Inköpserfarenhet Personliga egenskaper Säkerhetsmedveten: Du tummar aldrig på säkerheten och vågar säga ifrån om regler inte följs. Organiserad: Du har struktur på dokumentation, serviceprotokoll och scheman. Kommunikativ: Du kan prata med allt från truckförare och produktionspersonal till externa leverantörer. Lugn och lösningsorienterad: Du hanterar stressiga situationer och maskinhaverier med ett kallt huvud. Nyfiken: du ser ny teknik som möjligheter och är alltid intresserad av att utforska och lära dig. Mål och KPI:er (Exempel) Rollen mäts ofta på följande nyckeltal: Maskintillgänglighet: (Minskad "downtime" på truckarna) Skadekostnader: (Minskade kostnader för skador på truckar, ställage och gods).
