The Role: The Dynamics 365 Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day support for Swegon's Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring users receive timely assistance and business operations run smoothly. The role serves as the primary contact for support requests, investigates issues, works closely with application managers and technical teams, and helps maintain a high level of service for Dynamics users across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365 support requests and user enquiries. Manage support cases from initial logging through to resolution and closure. Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating where appropriate. Monitor and prioritise support queues to ensure timely responses and service delivery. Maintain accurate case documentation, knowledge articles and support procedures. Support user access, permissions and basic system administration activities. Communicate effectively with end users and stakeholders, providing clear status updates and guidance. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to reduce support demand and improve user experience. We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer, Application Specialist with focus on Field Service to join our growing software team. You will play a key role in turning business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions and help bring technologies like AI, IoT, and automation into real-world use. You will work closely with: Product Owners Solution Architects Developers Business stakeholders …and contribute to shaping how Swegon works globally. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE (primarily Field Service) Design and implement integrations with other systems Support and improve global deployments Collaborate closely with product and architecture teams Drive continuous improvements in development processes Provide user support via ticketing tools Ensure high-quality UX and intuitive solutions We are looking for someone who: Has 5+ years experience with Dynamics 365 CE development Has strong interest in technology and digital transformation Is comfortable working in an agile environment Communicates effectively with both technical and business teams Technical Skills (Relevant Experience) Dynamics 365 CE (customization, plugins, workflows) Power Automate Integration patterns Meritorious qualifications include experience within the Field Service domain, such as service workflows, technician management, and scheduling. Experience with ERP and CRM integrations is also highly valued, as well as strong knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps. Experience with IoT integrations is considered a significant advantage, along with prior work with Dynamics Field Service in a large multinational organization. A basic understanding of Power BI is also desirable. Om tjänsten: Som CNC-operatör på Swegon Borås arbetar du i en modern maskinpark med stansmaskiner av fabrikat Trumpf (TruPunch 5000). Detta innebär bland annat att du programmerar maskinerna utifrån ritningar, laddar plåt och kontrollerar arbetet. Även verktygssättning kan komma att ingå i arbetsuppgifterna.
