Som Koordinator inom Fastighet & Logistik får du en varierad roll där du kombinerar administration, koordinering och praktiskt stöd i en unik miljö. Du blir en viktig del av Property-teamet och bidrar till att den dagliga verksamheten fungerar smidigt, säkert och effektivt. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor där du samordnar information, dokumentation, leveranser, entreprenörer och interna funktioner, samtidigt som du driver förbättringar av rutiner och arbetssätt. VEM DU ÄR Vi söker dig som har: Erfarenhet av administration, koordinering, logistik, fastighetsverksamhet eller annan liknande supportfunktion. God vana av digitala verktyg för administration, dokumentation och uppföljning. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift. B-körkort giltigt inom EES. Det är meriterande om du har: Erfarenhet av gods- och leveranshantering, leverantörskoordinering eller besöks- och tillträdesadministration. Erfarenhet från en säkerhetskänslig, operativ eller tekniskt komplex verksamhet. Kunskap om, eller intresse för att lära dig, Export Control-relaterad administration och dokumentation. DIN ROLL I rollen kommer du att: Koordinera och utveckla administrativa processer, dokumentation och informationsflöden inom Property samt mellan Property och andra funktioner på Esrange. Planera och samordna mindre projekt och förbättringsinitiativ genom att koordinera aktiviteter, följa upp framdrift och säkerställa att arbetet genomförs enligt plan. Säkerställa och koordinera administrativa flöden kopplade till gods, leveranser, entreprenörer, leverantörer och besökare så att verksamheten fungerar effektivt och enligt gällande rutiner. Ansvara för och stötta administrativa processer inom bland annat inköp, fakturahantering, dokumentation och Export Control i nära samarbete med berörda funktioner. Vara en central kontaktpunkt för interna och externa intressenter genom att skapa struktur, underlätta samarbete och bidra till en säker och välfungerande verksamhet. As a Range Safety Officer Trainee, you will join our experienced Range Safety Office and learn how safety is managed for rocket, balloon and future satellite launch operations. Working alongside three experienced Range Safety Officers, you will gradually take part in safety reviews, risk assessments and regulatory work while building specialist knowledge in one of the world's most unique space environments.
