Buildings Bussines Development i Sverige ansvarar för marknadsarbetet för COWIs tjänster mot bygg- och fastighetsaffären vilket innefattar tjänsteutbud inom arkitektur, projekterings-, projekt- och byggledning samt tekniska konsuttänster inom konstruktion, installation samt digitala tjänster och produkter. Din roll. Tillsammans formar vi framtiden. Som Affärsansvarig kommer du ingå i ett team som jobbar med affärsutveckling inom Buildings och din roll kommer att ha ett specialfokus på Arkitektaffären. Du kommer att arbeta med försäljning, driva affärsutveckling i enlighet med vår strategi och leda genomförandet av stora anbud inom byggsektorn. Du kommer att skapa viktiga kundrelationer, säkerställa en stark pipeline och delta i strategiska beslutsprocesser. Ditt dagliga arbete kommer att inkludera samarbete med kollegor både i Sverige och över landsgränserna i gemensamma affärsutvecklingsaktiviteter. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden kommer att vara att: Ingå i Buildings & Industrys Business Development team i Sverige. Ingå i olika tvärfackliga Business Development marknadsinitiativ. Driva Arkitemas affärsutveckling och säljaktiviteter för att bygga långsiktiga relationer och hög kundnöjdhet. Du sitter med som Bussines Developments representant i Arkitemas ledningsgrupp. Leda säljarbetet från uppslag till vunnen affär. Leda, skriva och leverera anbud, säkerställa högkvalitativa inlämningar och kundpresentationer enligt Arkitemas /COWIs säljprocess Samarbete med Arkitemas tävlingsteam i Danmark för att vinna arkitekttävlingar. Delta i anbudsurval och andra Go/No-Go-beslut. Vara Key Account Manager och delaktig i utvecklingen av nya nyckelkunder. Vem är du? Personliga egenskaper som vi värdesätter högt är god samarbetsförmåga och ett intresse för att leda och utveckla vårt arkitektarbete. Att du vill vara med och bidra till en inspirerande och inkluderande arbetsplats ser vi som en självklarhet. För att lyckas i rollen bör du även ha: Gedigen erfarenhet, med minst tio års erfarenhet och kunskap från samhällsutvecklingsprojekt och ett starkt nätverk i Stockholm och/eller Göteborg. Erfarenhet av anbuds/projektarbeten inom utbildning, samhällsfastigheter, bostäder, pharma, vård och hälsa samt urbanutveckling för både offentliga och privata beställare. Kunna förstå och beskriva arkitektens roll och utmaningar. Erfarenhet av långsiktig hantering av viktiga kundrelationer och affärsutveckling. God erfarenhet inom ledarskap samt erfarenhet av att leda team för komplexa anbud och avtalsförhandling. Behärskar både svenska och engelska, skriftligt såväl som muntligt. Är du intresserad? System Utilization: Utilize financial and project management tools such as SAP and Excel to effectively track, analyze, and report costs. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in cost control or financial management, preferably within EPCM, construction, or engineering projects. Experience with large-scale, complex projects in industries such as oil & gas, mining, infrastructure, or energy is highly advantageous. Certifications (preferred): Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or equivalent from AACE International. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
