Manufacturing Program in the Falkenberg factory. In the factory in Falkenberg we are around 350 employees. We are a modern organization with high technology machines and mindset. Technology development and upgrading project are constantly on our agenda. In our factory we are producing diapers, incontinence products mostly for markets within Central- and East Europe. If this is you, we’d love to talk. What You Will Do The GO! Manufacturing program is a 10 months program where you will work closely with experienced colleagues and developing your knowledge and skills as follows: Learning to follow established engineering principles focused on quality and cost Performing standard technical tasks and prepare standard operation sheets Monitoring production processes and work methods; collecting, compiling, and analyzing production data to identify opportunities to improve production processes – including around energy and waste Learning to troubleshoot following root cause analysis methodology Driving projects to support continuous improvements and deliverables Driving your own continued learning and complete industry-specific in-house training modules You will start your program practicing as an Operator working shifts in order to get a deep understanding of the machines. During 3 months towards the end of the program, you will be relocated to our manufacturing site in Hoogezand, Netherlands. After the program, you will move into a permanent position as a Process Engineer in the Falkenberg factory. The program will start in June 2024. Who You Are Recently graduated Bachelor Engineer within a technical area i.e. mechanics, electronics etc. (max 18 months since graduation) Fluent in English and in Swedish Furthermore you are curious about how engineering can play its part in delivering for the future. You should be a data driven and a process-improvement enthusiast who can make clear proposals from their own analytical work, demonstrate that you are a successful team player, have a passion to lead others and manage responsibilities given to you. Quality Manager

We are looking for a Quality Manager responsible for our plant in Falkenberg. You will be responsible for driving product quality improvements and to continuously improve our quality management system to support the operations. Secure understanding and information about customer quality needs within the plant. You will have authority to lead and prioritize the work including budget within the quality department. The Falkenberg Plant, with approx. 350 employees is characterized by a modern organization and advanced technology machine lines. Development of new technology and product upgrades and improvements are a continuous process, and most of our product assortment is “fast moving consumer goods”. In Falkenberg plant, baby diapers and incontinence products are manufactured, primarily for Nordic and central/eastern Europe. If this is you, we’d love to talk. The position is located in Falkenberg and part of Falkenberg plant Management Team. You will report to Site Manager and you will have seven direct reportees. Other responsibilities Product quality improvement - in close cooperation with production, logistic and project department, drive work to constantly reduce number of complaints. Deploy methods and systems to control quality ( product to process control) according to Essity standards Develop and share KPIs to monitor quality development as well as push for actions when needed. Provide effective feedback to the management team with regard to customer concerns and issues. Drive work with product and machine validations in order to improve quality level also in upgrades and changes Drive work with material suppliers to improve quality of Raw materials Develop Management system and secure compliance with the needed quality standards, ISO, BRC, IFS Coordinate customer audits as well as management system audits Secure that internal quality audits are efficient and documented. Actively participate in Essity Quality network Lead and develop the quality department team and laboratory team personnel Secure good communication as well as actions regarding quality development and complaints with the markets or customers concerned. Secure proper knowledge and use of specifications, statistical tools sixpack, 6sigma measurements etc Who You Are Bachelor Degree Minimum of 10 years of experience as Quality Manager or similar in a large production organization Proven Leadership skills and coach experience Excellent skills in the English language, both written and spoken Knowledge and experience working with ISO Standards Swedish language is a big plus Experience with TPM is a big plus Application Interested?
