Tillsammans med kollegor i Servicedesk hanterar du både stora och små ärenden, oavsett om det handlar om att svara på ett inkommande larm, lösa en teknisk incident eller skicka vidare ett ärende till rätt person. Du kommer oftast ha hjälp från en kollega under skiften, men det kan förekomma tillfällen där du arbetar själv. Arbetsuppgifter: - Felsöka nätverksärenden inom Fortinet, SD-WAN, routing, och säkerhet - Supportera kunder, kollegor och underleverantörer via ärendehanteringssystemet - Åtgärda kundincidenter vid larm eller avbrott - Felsöka, hantera eskalationer och dispatcha ärenden för jämn arbetsfördelning - Dokumentera och producera rapporter (RFO/RCA) vid större avbrott - Bidra till att förbättra rutiner och processer i Servicedesk Vem vi söker Kort sammanfattat söker vi dig som är ansvarstagande, analytisk, lösningsorienterad och strukturerad.
