Description: Mechanical Engineering encompasses a variety of engineering assignments such as planning, designing, and modifying machinery, equipment, and products. Independently perform various engineering duties requiring the exercise of application of standard engineering principles and practices, towards set goals. Plan, conduct or coordinate a range of complex engineering activities encompassing one or more engineering disciplines. Conduct or coordinate complex analyses, advanced technical studies and develop recommendations based on sound engineering practices and business considerations as well as potentially legal and other agency requirements. Minimum requirements of education and experience: • Minimum six (6) years of work experience within the relevant field and a Bachelor or Master’s degree, or • Working command of the English language.

Electrical engineer

Assignment Description and Requirements As a Electrical Design System Engineer you will together with your colleagues be responsible for developing electrical design solutions for both new and existing platforms. This means that you will define solutions based on the electrical architecture mechanisms in a fully distributed electrical system. You will participate in the overall system design process to help manage, resolve and balance conflicting requirements. You will work with other electrical engineers & designers to lead and coordinate solutions across platforms and will work in close collaboration with the test group to ensure that requirements are testable and work as intended. Main responsibilities - Define solutions based on the electrical architecture mechanisms in a fully distributed electrical system. Create Schematics together with other system engineers. - Perform investigations and generate concepts on subsystem and architecture level to reach reliability, cost and performance in the electrical system - Be part of team efforts to develop solutions cross platforms. Your Required qualifications: - BSc/MSc in Electrical & Electronic engineering. - Experience in HW electrical system design. - Fluent in English, written and spoken. Preferred experience: - Power distribution system development. - Power electronics - HV and LV design experience - Creating/Drafting system designs/schematics - Grounding system development. - Vehicle electrical architecture development. - FMEA; System safety; EMC & ELP

Cost Controller

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller to join our Project Management Office and contribute to upcoming and ongoing projects. If you have expertise in EPC, EPC+, and/or EPCM projects within the Industrial sector, particularly in Sweden's large and complex project landscape, we encourage you to apply. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the Project Manager to achieve the financial goals of the project. Responsibilities: As a Cost Controller, your responsibilities within the project core team include: Enter Budget Data: Input approved project budget data into the project accounting system, detailing cost and hours breakdown for units and disciplines involved. Project Management Plan: Support the Project Manager in developing the Project Management Plan, providing input on procedures and processes for project cost control. Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the actual development/consumption of cost and hours in comparison to the allocated budget. Report any deviations. Cost-to-Complete Forecast: Regularly update the forecast for the "cost-to-complete" and analyze any deviations from the approved budget, assessing the impact on project profitability. Financial Management: Manage and control project financial engagements and cash flow, including oversight of invoices and payments (receivables). Risk Control: Assist in controlling the risk provision within the cost forecast based on risk assessments. Contractual Compliance: Ensure timely establishment of required bonds and insurances. Assist the Contract Manager in the preparation and agreement of invoices and/or payment requests. Communication: Regularly communicate the financial status and forecast for the project, including any deviations from the budget to all relevant parties involved in project execution. Scope Changes Analysis: Analyze any changes to the scope of work in contracts, assessing their impact on the project cost budget/forecast and profitability. Client Negotiations: Take on the specific responsibility of negotiating unsettled items in invoices with the Client. Quality Check and Interdisciplinary Control: Assist the basic project group with quality checks and interdisciplinary control (DIC). Invoice Management: Check unsettled items in outgoing invoices. Initiate Changes: Initiate changes within your area of responsibility, such as non-conformance reporting. Key Number Reporting: Report key numbers corresponding to level 1 and 2 at project completion to the Project Economy group manager. Monthly Project Report: Support the Project Manager in compiling the monthly project report.

Senior Planner

ArtiCap is looking for an experienced planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex large scale construction projects as well as within one or more of the following : Pharmaceutical, BioTech, Data Centre, Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing, Chemical or similarly complex asset type. Job Objectives Maintain and monitor master plan schedule Prepare and monitor tasks ensuring satisfactory realization of project requirements against the project schedule Integrate various contract packages into master plan schedule Review contractor’s submitted schedule and make recommendations to client Prepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report for management and client Develop a project control procedure to monitor the progress of project Interact with contractor and verify the project data to update project schedule Develop mitigation plans Assess any contractor’s extension of time claim and prepare defence claim report Put forward recommendation report for any contractor’s EOT claim Analyse critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to project schedule Work out site logistic planning for project Prepare and propose ‘micro-management’ schedules for critical elements of work Skills Required Sr planner >7 years scheduling/planning experience Knowledge and experience of all of the main design or project management concepts, tools and techniques Excellent knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering Understanding of the financial aspects of a project Primavera P6 planner desirable Membership of a recognised professional body Good knowledge and experience gained within a hi-tech environment such as industrial, manufacturing, pharma, logistics. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years’ experience preparing cost estimates. Experience in commercial, data center, high-tech, healthcare, manufacturing Industries preferred. Fluent English language skills mandatory, Swedish language skills desirable
