Om rollen:I rollen som redovisningsekonom jobbar du dagligen med bolagets löpande bokföring och redovisning samt att säkerställa noggrannhet och effektivitet i vår finansiella rapportering. Ansvarsområden Finansiell rapportering, löpande redovisning och upprättande av månads -, kvartals - och årsbokslut. Compliance: Säkerställa att redovisningen följer finansiella lagar, regler och policys. Head of Asset Management (Energy Storage) to Ingrid Capacity

About Ingrid Capacity Ingrid Capacity facilitates the electrification of society and the transition to renewable energy as the leading Nordic actor in building large-scale energy storages. About the roleIngrid Capacity plans to deploy a total of 400 MW in Sweden within the coming 18 months. Construction has started for a total of 211 MW distributed over 14 locations and an additional 200 MW is expected to start construction during 2024. In parallel, we have started an international expansion. We are now looking for an experienced Head of Asset Management to set up an organization to manage this portfolio as the projects come into operations. We believe you are a true all-rounder, in this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and profitability of our assets and interface with many parts of the organization as well as external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for defining our asset management strategy, building and leading a team of highly skilled professionals as well as for developing and implementing processes and procedures that ensure safe and efficient operations of our sites.Key tasks and responsibilities: Responsible for setting up the technical and commercial asset management function for all energy storage projects in operation, including building an efficient team in an international context. Develop and implement asset management strategies, processes and routines to maximize the performance of the portfolio. Develop, implement and continuously work to ensure state of the art health, safety and environmental ways of working on all sites, including setting up all necessary routines relating to electrical safety. Responsible for following up on quality, requirements and guarantees with all suppliers during operations. Responsible for maintaining land lease contracts/licenses etc? Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders including regulatory bodies, local communities and partners. Oversee budgeting and owning the financial and operational reporting for the portfolio vis-a-vis co investors, including being the interface to co-investors during operation of projects. Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor the regulatory landscape and participate in driving the industry’s way of working in operations forward. Together with the Head of Construction, define an efficient handover process from Construction to operations. Work cross-functionally with the internal teams, ensuring knowledge sharing from the operational phase to the rest of the organization. Your work experience: University degree in a relevant area supplemented by industry experience. Approximately 5 years or more of relevant work experience. Strong leadership skills. Fluent in English. Experience viewed as strong plus: Experience from a similar role within asset management from renewable energy, electrical infrastructure or similar. Experience from building and/or leading a team. About the role As a Customer Support & Stock Management agent, you work closely with our publisher and retailer partners to manage our product catalogue and stock. You will manage campaigns, digital key stock and ensure all products are up to date in the Ztorm platform. In addition, you will act as 2nd line support to our retailer partners as well as onboard new publishers in our tools/systems. You are a key part of the organisation and will join our 6 persons Operations Team. You will work in the Stock Management & Support division with 2 others and will work closely with internal stakeholders, such as our commercial team, and external stakeholders, such as our retailer and publisher partners. You will be based out of our Hornstull office and report to our Operations Manager Kim Wanoa. Tasks and responsibilities - Stock and campaign management; ensure we have sufficient key stock for each product and products on campaign. - Catalogue management; Meta data updates, delist end of life products. - Pricing updates. - 2nd line support; respond to support tickets from our retailer partners using Zendesk. - Liaise with publishers via email, Skype and telephone regarding support, key stock, pricing etc. - Publisher onboarding - Training new partners on our bespoke tools/systems. - Bespoke sales reports. - General administrative tasks and process documentation. - Manage Jira tickets; create new and update existing tickets as well as assign tasks to other team members. - Support our continuous improvement through your own development and by providing feedback on our platform & processes. Your skills and experience Fluent in English, written and verbal, with experience in working in English. 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in customer service and support. You will form a "Duo" together with an extraordinary product designer, and together you will be responsible from the initial shaping (of how to design/build something new) to deploying it to Production. But we also value simple solutions over smart ones, and embrace test-driven development and pair programming, favoring higher code quality over faster development times. We generally prefer a functional programming style over object-orientation and like to avoid abstractions like middlewares or ORMs. We prefer monorepos with multiple smaller projects, instead of one monolithic application. When deciding on a tech stack for a new sub-project, we usually take the opportunity to assess new tech early and plan for long-term benefits and maintainability over short-term goals. But we also value simple solutions over smart ones, and embrace test-driven development and pair programming, favoring higher code quality over faster development times. We generally prefer a functional programming style over object-orientation and like to avoid abstractions like middlewares or ORMs. We prefer monorepos with multiple smaller projects, instead of one monolithic application. We avoid code duplication by extracting core logic and UI into separate internal libraries.
