You are a QA Manager leading and developing QA within our Product Growth team. You own our QA strategy and how we approach quality across the full growth journey — from acquisition entry points through website, sign-up, payments, subscriptions, and in-app experiences. As a Clinical Research Intern, you will support the trials management team across a range of tasks while serving as a point of contact for research participants. Day-to-day, this includes monitoring data collection, troubleshooting, managing inventory, and assisting with logistics — all while helping look after participant well-being and engagement. You will work closely with the MAD (Medical Algorithm and Data) team and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and HR. The role is primarily local, supporting a Stockholm-based team. As most participant communication — both verbal and written — takes place in the Stockholm area, proficiency in Swedish is a plus. Strong English skills, both spoken and written, are essential. Given the nature of clinical trials, workload can vary, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable working flexible hours. Please note that we are hiring for this role in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a fixed-term position with an expected end date of December 2026. What you will be doing You will assist the team with the operational management and oversight of clinical trials, from the initial setup to participant offboarding. Your focus will be on the following areas: Monitor the recruitment of the trial participants and the collection of signed documentation. Assist with onboarding trial participants, including scheduling and preparing materials. Assist with trial daily operations: monitor data collection, address participants' questions and issues, schedule additional meetings when necessary, and send out follow-up emails. Oversee the inventory and shipment of replacement devices and other materials. Occasionally, you will test devices yourself. Assist with the offboarding of the trial participants, gather the study material when applicable, and coordinate with the Finance team to ensure the compensation is processed. What skills and experience we think you have You have some experience in a customer support role, assisting with research projects, or similar. You are skilled at conveying complex information in a simplified and straightforward manner. You are skilled in troubleshooting and have the patience to assist less experienced users. You are organized and structured, and you are good at preparing and maintaining documentation. You have good attention to detail; you easily spot small mistakes. You are comfortable working across teams and managing multiple priorities at once. You are fully proficient in English (both written and spoken). You are passionate about women’s health and research. You are ready to adjust to a flexible schedule and fluctuating workload. You are based in the Stockholm area and available to work in July 2026. We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Product Growth team with a focus on optimizing the web sign-up funnel. In this role, you will take ownership of the technical direction of our web sign-up experience – shipping high-quality, accessible, and performant user interfaces, and helping more people discover and get started with Natural Cycles. You will play a key role in shaping the first touchpoints of our web experience, working in a fast-paced, data-informed environment where your code has a direct and visible impact on conversion and growth. You will also be a technical mentor for junior engineers on the team and contribute to raising the bar across the codebase. Please note that we are hiring for this role in Sweden. What you will be doing Owning and driving the technical delivery of the web-based sign-up funnel, from architecture decisions to shipping polished user interfaces. Building and running A/B experiments, iterating rapidly based on real-time results and data insights. Setting the standard for code quality, performance, and accessibility within the team. Mentoring and supporting junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and analysts to deliver user-facing features of the highest quality. Contributing to a healthy, scalable, and sustainable codebase. Working hands-on with analytics and data, taking a data-driven approach to frontend decisions wherever possible. Ensuring continuous delivery of new releases while working in an agile way. What skills and experience we think you have 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of shipped web products. Experience working with backend or full-stack development Deep expertise in TypeScript and the Angular framework (or equivalent experience with another modern component-based framework and the ability to ramp up quickly). A strong command of modern CSS – Flexbox, Grid, and experience with pre/post-processors such as SASS or PostCSS. Solid experience building responsive, performant, accessible, and inclusive user interfaces. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Comfort working with data and analytics tools to inform and validate decisions. Experience with Git, GitHub, pull requests, and conducting thorough code reviews. The ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across disciplines. It's a plus if you also have Leadership experience Background in growth-focused product teams or experience with web sign-up funnels. Commercial acumen and an understanding of business drivers.
