This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining workplace-focused security controls, governance processes, and risk-reduction initiatives across employee devices and SaaS platforms. This role works with Workplace IT as the hands-on extension of the Security organization to ensure workplace technologies are secure, compliant, and appropriately governed without reducing operational effectiveness. Please note that we are hiring for this role in Stockholm, Sweden. What you will be doing Own workplace security controls, identity, and access governance across SaaS and collaboration platforms. E.g. in Google Workspace, JAMF (MacOS), Slack, 1Password and Trelica. Be a process owner for evaluating employee requests to interconnect systems, AI tools etc. according to guidelines from the security team, which you will be a part of. Taking a balanced approach between promoting productivity and keeping the organization secure Support and coordinate workplace-related audit activities, maintaining policies, controls, and preparing evidence and reporting. Oversee security tooling (Jamf, 1Password, Google Workspace security, etc.), monitor compliance, and drive phishing investigations. Respond to and automate employee requests, e.g. access requests, software issues, SaaS tool issues Install and maintain hardware / software to monitor network activity. We are looking for a Security & Infrastructure Engineer to build and maintain secure tooling, integrations and infrastructure that helps Natural Cycles move fast while managing risk. The role develops internal tools, performs security reviews and security testing, improves monitoring of employee and AI-agent activity, enables teams to prototype internal tools and AI integrations safely, and turns cybersecurity and regulatory requirements into practical controls. As a Clinical Research Intern, you will support the trials management team across a range of tasks while serving as a point of contact for research participants. Day-to-day, this includes monitoring data collection, troubleshooting, managing inventory, and assisting with logistics — all while helping look after participant well-being and engagement. You will work closely with the MAD (Medical Algorithm and Data) team and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and HR. The role is primarily local, supporting a Stockholm-based team. As most participant communication — both verbal and written — takes place in the Stockholm area, proficiency in Swedish is a plus. Strong English skills, both spoken and written, are essential. You will lead studies on the end-to-end experience, device setup, and the long-term ergonomics and wearability of our products What skills and experience we think you have Experience in user research: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a user researcher in a commercial product setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of research projects and methodologies. A plus is if you’ve worked in related fields, e.g., health-related products/services or medical products Proficiency in research methods & tools: A deep understanding of user research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches. You should have extensive experience in conducting interviews, usability tests, and surveys, and know when to apply each method. You are comfortable managing research tools such as Maze, and Prolific or UserInterviews for participant recruitment. Experience leveraging analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Google Analytics) to triangulate behavioral data with qualitative insights is highly valued. Curiosity about AI in research is a plus Collaboration skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams Strategic thinking: A desire to go beyond answering simple questions to uncover deeper user needs and business opportunities. In this role, you will own and develop our lifecycle marketing programs end-to-end, building automated journeys and impactful campaigns that guide users through every stage of the lifecycle – from acquisition and onboarding to activation, engagement and retention. Sitting at the intersection of growth, product and data, your work will play a key role in driving subscription growth by delivering the right message to the right user at the right time. Please note that we are hiring for this role in Stockholm, Sweden. What you will be doing Plan and execute Natural Cycles’ CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy in International markets. This includes building and optimizing always-on lifecycle journeys powered by behavioral triggers and user segmentation, as well as planning and launching one-off campaigns tied to product launches or seasonal moments. This role requires a highly hands-on operator who can plan and execute CRM programs end-to-end, while leveraging data and insights to guide strategy, identify growth opportunities and continuously improve performance. You will own CRM initiatives across the full user lifecycle - from supporting acquisition and subscription growth to driving onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. What skills and experience we think you have 4-7+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing in a subscription, app or digital product environment. Proven experience building and optimizing lifecycle programs, including automated journeys and one-off campaigns, across channels such as email, push notifications and in-app messaging. Strong hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms, e.g. Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and continuously optimize lifecycle programs. Experience working with user segmentation, behavioral triggers and lifecycle frameworks to deliver personalized communication at scale. Experience working with mobile apps and/or subscription-based business models is a plus.
