Därför söker vi en Marketing Automation Specialist som vill arbeta nära både kunder och kollegor med HubSpot, CRM-data, workflows, lead scoring, rapportering och löpande optimering. Om Contitude Contitude är en B2B-byrå inom digital marknadsföring med kontor på Kungsholmen i Stockholm. Vi hjälper våra kunder att växa genom strategi, genomförande och uppföljning inom digital marknadsföring. Våra kunder finns i flera branscher och ofta med komplexa B2B-tjänster och produkter inom exempelvis IT, SaaS och energi. Vi arbetar med allt från annonsering, content marketing och landningssidor till webbar, organiskt innehåll, analys och optimering. Vi har vuxit organiskt utifrån kundernas behov och bygger nu vidare med fler specialistroller internt. Efter en stark tillväxtresa, där Contitude blev Gasell-företag förra året, tar vi nu nästa steg och bygger fler specialistkompetenser inhouse. En viktig del av vår modell är långa kundrelationer. Våra samarbeten sträcker sig ofta över flera år, vilket gör att vi kan arbeta nära kunderna och följa effekten av det vi bygger över tid. Om rollen Vi har redan erfarenhet och kompetens inom HubSpot och Marketing Automation, men vill nu stärka området ytterligare genom att ta in en dedikerad specialist inhouse. Från start är rollen hands-on och operativ. Du bygger, testar, optimerar och följer upp lösningar i HubSpot. Samtidigt finns goda möjligheter att på sikt ta mer kundansvar och utvecklas mot kundansvar, rådgivning och strategi. Du kommer att arbeta nära vårt leveransteam, som idag består av strateger och specialister inom bland annat grafisk design, copy, paid advertising och digital marknadsföring. Rollen rapporterar till Head of Operations. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter Bygga, testa och optimera workflows och automationer i HubSpot. Sätta upp kampanjer, formulär, landningssidor och e-postutskick. Arbeta med segmentering, lead scoring, personalisering och lead nurturing. Säkerställa god CRM-struktur, datakvalitet och användbara kunddata. Skapa rapporter och dashboards som visar effekt och ger tydliga insikter. Analysera resultat och föreslå förbättringar baserat på data. Stötta kunder vid onboarding och implementation i HubSpot. Bidra i kunddialoger och översätta behov till konkreta lösningar i HubSpot. Samarbeta nära kollegor inom strategi, analys, content, design och performance. Vem vi söker Vi söker dig som har praktisk erfarenhet av HubSpot och som trivs i en roll där du får kombinera teknik, struktur, data, marknadsföring och kundnytta. Du behöver inte kunna allt från dag ett, men du behöver själv ha arbetat operativt i HubSpot. Det räcker alltså inte med enbart certifieringar eller utbildning - vi söker dig som har byggt, testat och optimerat lösningar i verktyget. Du har minst 1–2 års praktisk erfarenhet av HubSpot och har själv byggt, testat och optimerat workflows, kampanjer och rapporter. Erfarenhet av workflows och marketing automation. Förståelse för CRM-struktur, datakvalitet och hur data används i marknad och sälj. Erfarenhet av rapporter och dashboards i HubSpot. Förståelse för lead scoring, MQL/SQL-flöden eller lead handover mellan marknad och sälj. Förmåga att kommunicera tydligt med kunder och kollegor. Du behöver kunna kommunicera obehindrat på svenska. Meriterande Erfarenhet av HubSpot-implementation eller onboarding av kund. Erfarenhet av att bygga HubSpot-flöden från grunden i kundmiljö. Erfarenhet av A/B-testning och konverteringsoptimering. A Zyntai network consists of hundreds or thousands of TimeNodes that continuously exchange time information and measurements. The system uses this data to estimate network and oscillator behavior and to control the local clock in each node. This requires advanced algorithms within control theory, estimation, filtering, signal processing and mathematical optimization. The core challenge is to distribute time over complex networks with extremely high accuracy — without depending on GNSS. The team develops the algorithms and software used to process measurement data, estimate system behavior and control the oscillator in each TimeNode. You will work with methods such as Kalman filtering, Model Predictive Control, PI/PID controllers, state estimation, signal processing and mathematical optimization. Most implementation is done in modern C++ in the TimeNodes. Python is used for modelling, analysis, tooling, testing and development in Zyntai Director, Net Insight’s Kubernetes-based orchestration system for managing TimeNodes. You need to be comfortable moving between theory and implementation: from mathematical reasoning and control system design to production-quality software in a distributed system. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for a senior engineer who combines strong knowledge within control systems with the ability to build high-quality software. You probably enjoy understanding the underlying system — not just the codebase. You like mathematical and algorithmic challenges, and you are comfortable discussing control loops, estimation, stability, filtering, optimization and real-world system behavior. You do not need to have worked with time synchronization before, but you need strong experience from automatic control, applied mathematics, signal processing, robotics, cybernetics, telecom, industrial systems or similar areas. Build systems that manage thousands of time nodes in real-world 5G networks Net Insight, are building building Zyntai — a distributed platform that keeps telecom networks precisely synchronized. Today, the system supports roughly 2000 time nodes generating ~500,000 metric points per second, and the scale continues to grow. We’re looking for a Senior Cloud & Backend Engineer who wants to take ownership of complex systems and work close to both product and customers. The role You’ll join our Sync R&D organization (around 15 engineers) and be part of a team of 5 responsible for the backend platform behind Zyntai Director. Your work will include: Building and extending backend services and APIs (Node.js / TypeScript) Designing systems that scale to larger distributed networks Improving performance and reliability in metrics-heavy systems Adding new capabilities such as IPv6 support Investigating customer-reported issues and production bugs Supporting customer PoCs together with Tech Sales Collaborating with product owners on upcoming features Some days focus on feature development.
