About the role Are you a UX/UI maestro with a knack for crafting exceptional user experiences and stunning designs? As our UX/UI Designer, you will take ownership of the role and play a pivotal role in defining the visual identity and user experience of our SAM tool. Your expertise in design tools and frameworks will be instrumental in creating a seamless and visually appealing interface that delights our users. Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements. - Design and prototype user interfaces using relevant tools and platforms. - Create design components that enhance usability and elevate the overall user experience. - Work hand-in-hand with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with the product vision and user requirements. Qualifications - Strong background in UX/UI design with a focus on usability and exceptional design aesthetics. - Experience working with design tools like Storybook, Figma, and other industry-standard platforms. - Familiarity with design frameworks and tools to streamline the design process. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with React/HTML/CSS/SASS and similar related technologies. Bonus points if - You have worked with data-driven A/B testing of designs. - You have worked with SaaS web applications prior. Platform Engineer

About the role As our Platform Engineer you will, together with our tech team and developers, enable a secure and dynamic environment for our SaaS product by managing the platform in a resilient, scalable and secure way through code, document and automating processes using Ansible and other suitable tools. You will also be responsible and have ownership of the infrastructure, as well as responsible to setup and manage cloud based Kubernetes clusters and for managing hundreds of Linux cloud VMs, ensuring uptime, security, configuration and performance tuning. You will also be working closely with pen-testing and security specialists to constantly improve and harden our security aspects and certifications. About you - You have an analytical approach to problem-solving, good communication skills and an interest in technology and to cooperate with colleagues at Xensam. - You have a background in Linux and have used automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible or similar. - You feel comfortable with scripting in Bash and/or Python. - You have some experience from a product company environment running in a private or public cloud technology such as Linux VMs, OpenStack and/or Kubernetes. Qualifications - Experienced in Linux environments (Ubuntu/CentOS). - Configuration management/automation and infrastructure orchestration. - Experience with Ansible, Packer and/or Terraform and similar tools. - Knowledgeable with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Comfortable with scripting in Bash and/or Python. - Knowledgeable and aware of general best practices in security. - Experience from working with SIEM, IPS, IDS, antivirus/firewalls and similar security tools. - General knowledge about networking, monitoring, logs and backups. - Have a “problem solving mind” and develop new skills for yourself when needed. - Working proficiency in both Swedish and English is preferable. - At least a couple of years of work experience within the area. About the role Just as Xensam's ambitions extend beyond simply solving a problem as quickly and easily as possible, the role of Technical Project Manager/Owner for our SaaS application Xupervisor goes far beyond that. Since Xensam develops a market-leading solution, our technical project managers/owners must have a deep understanding of market needs and be able to find innovative solutions to what others consider impossible to solve. You need to be able to drive development from start to finish, which means you will be responsible for specifying requirements and designing the product, driving development, coaching developers, and participating in testing and verifying the end result together with our QA teams. To succeed in this role, you must have drive, take personal responsibility, and constantly wants to be challenged and develop in your role. Responsibilities - Own the development of one or a few of our products. - Drive development from start to finish, where you are expected to manage developers and testers and ensure that the result achieves the high quality required. - You will report directly to our Product Director. Qualifications - Technical competence enabling understanding of the technical aspects of the product as well as specifying requirements and communicating with developers. - Project management, preferably with experience in SaaS. - Working proficiency in both Swedish and English is preferable.
