We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Site Adminstrator to join our team in Sandviken, Sweden. Reports to: Campus Director Responsibilities: · Monitoring and inputting hours on timesheets · Arrange meetings on site · Control of all delivery dockets, checking sign-in sheets · Filing of all site paperwork - employee training records and maintain safety files · General administrative duties including filing, typing, photocopying, organising couriers, faxing etc. · Time administration, project documentation · Organising flights · Export files as needed Skills, qualification & experience: · Strong administration skills with minimum 2 years' experience ideally in construction industry · Strong competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook · Ability to liaise and manage all site paperwork · Experience in the construction or engineering industry advantage but not essential · Ability to multitask and work under pressure · Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills Winthrop Technologies Ltd is an equal opportunities employer

Electrical Engineer

Require: QA/QC involvement · Prepare technical submittals · Scheduling and tracking of the project · Working with 3D drawing models · Prepare scheme and detailed electrical systems (medium voltage distribution, low voltage distribution, essential power / back-up power, electrical building services including life safety services, etc) for major data centre and other critical systems projects. · Contributing to the design change process if required · Good planning, organisational and time management skills. · Attend meetings with colleagues and client Ensuring that all matters of compliance and governance are identified and adhered to, including: · Health & Safety issues on site and ensuring that all Sub Contractors are working in a safe manner. · Review ways of working and where possible implement changes to improve safety. · Ensuring housekeeping is kept to a high standard by all Sub Contactors. 'Don't walk by' Skills, qualification & experience: · Relevant Electrical Qualification essential eg. QA/QC Specialist

QA/QC Lead This role will be site-based in Eskilstuna, Sweden. Below is a list of typical duties but is not exclusive of all duties that are required to be carried out onsite. Reporting to: Project Manager Responsibilities: -The QA/QC Specialist must prepare handover, inspection and test documentation and operation & maintenance manuals · Coordinate commissioning of systems within the teams and other stakeholders · Full review of inspection and test documentation · Review and issue final handover packages to the client · Ensure compliance to regulatory standards throughout the installation and inspection of the project · Perform quality inspections of the installations and control the close out of defects · Oversee that testing is correctly executed on the project · Liaise with the construction management team and client on installation and quality matters · Attend quality meetings · Input into weekly progress reporting on quality items Skills, qualification & experience: ·Trade Background and/or a Third Level qualification, such as NVQ/City and Guilds etc. 5+ years of experience in a similar role essential · Excellent attention to detail and organizational / planning skills. · Ability to self-manage, prioritize and work to tight deadlines. · Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. · Ability to support, manage, lead and enthuse others. We are pleased to announce that we have a vacancy for a Mechanical Construction Manager to join our on-site team in Eskilstuna, Sweden. Mechanical Construction Manager Reporting to: Project Manager Responsibilities: Manage relevant client communications Prepare method statements and risk assessments for construction activities and complete all HVAC deliverables within project and safety criteria Communicate with project team to sequence installation of pipework to meet scheduled dates Assess and manage the project commercially to validate the project on handover from estimating, and proceed through to full technical procurement of all equipment, specialist sub-contractors and suppliers Assist with documenting and costing of changes to the work scopes and preparation of the monthly valuations and final account Management of Project Schedule two weeks look ahead in conjunction with the Project Team Ensure the labour requirements are met and maintained as per project program requirements Ensure that all matters of compliance and governance are identified and adhered to, including: Health & Safety issues on site and ensuring that all Sub Contractors are working in a safe manner. Responsibilities Checking works carried out and ensure quality control in maintained throughout Work part of the Quality team to ensure finished works meet standards required, managing quality of the works set against approved benchmarks, actively coordinate with the QA managers to ensure the correct documentation is submitted in a timely manner by the contractors. Liaise with sub-contractor’s on tracking progress against schedule and Carry out sub-contractor meetings. Manage site documentation. Attend and actively participate in Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning, Co-ordination and lookahead meetings, as well as Handover Meetings. Review drawings with design team and effectively solve any issues. Actively monitor and snag contractors works ensuring works is installed as per the approved drawings and spec ensuring the highest quality is achieved to ensure zero defects, snag list to be raised on the approved platform and issued to the contractors with follow up walks and close out reports to be issued in a timely manner as the approved QMS. Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels, ensure contractors are protecting finished works, prevent damage at all times, raise observations as required. Coordinate works ensuring all trades have adequate time, material and resources to complete their works on program. Manage health and safety, housekeeping material storage, actively participating in issuing the daily SPA's and permits, ensure works is carried out in accordance with the approved MSRA/ RAMS, participate in the daily DAB's and Whiteboard meetings ensuring contractors are aware of ongoing and upcoming works.
