We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight. We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an SAP (Senior Authorised Person) to join our team. Below is a list of typical duties but is not exclusive of all duties that are required to be carried out onsite. SAP's responsibilities include but are not limited to being responsible for an overall energy isolation program management at the site for MEP energy and would be accountable to ensure all activities related to established policies and procedures Responsibilities • Ensure safe working conditions have been established by reviewing documentation (including procedures, job hazard analysis and permits) • Auditing energy program for construction, commissioning, maintenance, and operations activities • Work alongside with construction and commissioning teams to ensure safe working conditions to properly test and validate installation, operation and performance of MEP systems. • Support the management of the electrical infrastructures throughout the Data Centre campus ranging from a single large capacity facility to serval smaller ones • Work closely with Environmental, Health and safety teams to drive operational excellence in all aspects of the control of hazardous energy • Training new and existing employees in defined Energy Isolation process and procedures • Management of permits / LOTOS and chairing weekly meetings with clients and vendors • Management of 20KvA system through to final LV circuits Requirements: Relevant electrical qualification • AP/SAP Experience • Setting up teams to work on HV or LV networks and issuing the appropriate Safety Documentation • Testing & Verification courses • 4 years’ experience in a similar role, within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment highly desirable • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills

We have an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on a major data centre project. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing all costs and value for the project (or project elements) under their control. Key to success in these roles will be the ability to work collaboratively with project team members to procure subcontract packages and deliver on critical elements of the works, ensuring maximum value while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities · Work with the senior project team to procure subcontract packages and other critical elements of the works. · Generate quantified work packages, ITTs, and budgets from technical documents. · Analyse and present tender returns, preparing and agreeing subcontract documents. · Manage multiple subcontract packages commercially from order through to final account, including monthly payments, variation, and claims management. · Monitor costs and financial entitlement continuously across packages/projects under your control. · Engage proactively with clients, subcontractors, designers, and internal teams. · Prepare and submit contractually compliant commercial documentation. · Develop, submit, and agree external valuations. · Negotiate and agree variations, omissions, and final accounts with subcontractors and clients in a timely and professional manner. · Prepare regular cost/value reconciliations and cash flow reports. · Resolve conflicts and disputes effectively, maintaining positive working relationships. · Supervise, mentor, and develop junior members of the commercial team. Qualifications & Skills · Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline. · Minimum 5 years' relevant experience; more senior roles available for candidates with additional experience. · Strong technical understanding of building construction, processes, and project delivery. · Familiarity with various methods of measurement and cost management practices. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial forecasting capabilities. · Proficient in MS Excel; experience with Buildsoft, CostX, or similar software is an advantage. · Previous experience on data centre projects is highly desirable, but not essential.
