Experience and skills Proven experience leading large-scale POS programs within the retail industry. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain momentum in complex environments. Exceptional stakeholder management, navigating relationships across teams, executives, and external partners. Excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement across all levels. Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities, risks, and challenges. Strategic leadership with the ability to influence, drive change, and align short-term actions with long-term business goals. Experience preparing and leading project and steering committee meetings.
