Position: System Implementation Specialist Industry: Aviation Requirements: At least 3 years of experience with similar responsibilities Fluent English skills Experience with Python and Shell scripting Proven experience in engaging with end users to facilitate software configuration and implementation Strong problem-solving abilities, leveraging programming skills to address challenges effectively Nice to have: fluency in additional languages, experience with airline operations/planning Responsibilities: Collaborating closely with clients to optimize the use of Crew Resource Management software, providing guidance and support for effective implementation and utilization Assessing and proposing enhancements for the current configuration of CRM software, aiming for continuous improvement and optimization Effectively managing client expectations, cultivating enduring relationships built on trust and understanding Actively contributing to a skilled team dedicated to addressing intricate optimization challenges, fostering diversity, and mutual learning Details: Location: Göteborg Work mode: On-site Employment type: B2B contract (self-employed consultant) Salary: 550 – 700 SEK/hour Recruitment stages: Phone call with the recruiter Meeting with the client's manager Decision and feedback This requisition is for a locally hired position in SWEDEN.
