Job Description: Behovet av konsultstöd: Nacka kommun söker en byggprojektledare till projekt Key Responsibilities: 1.Projektleda, av projektchef, tilldelat stadsutvecklings-/investeringsprojekt. 2. Planera och genomföra anläggningsenhetens fastslagna arbetsmetodik och process. 3. Bistå med ledande kompetens och erfarenhet från planeringsskeden i detaljplanprocessen ur ett anläggnings-, drifts- och genomförandeperspektiv. 4. Bistå med ledande kompetens och erfarenhet från stora exploateringsprojekt med omfattande anläggningskonstruktioner. 5. Leda upphandlingsarbetet av projekteringsorganisationer och erforderliga tekniska specialistkonsulter. 6. Leda upphandlingsarbetet av bygg- och anläggningsentreprenader. 7. Leda och samordna kommunens interna tekniska resurser i respektive projekt. 8. Krav ställa och samordna arbetet med granskning och uppföljning av levererade handlingar. 9. Sammanställa och rapportera information till respektive projektchef och/eller huvudprojektledare Requirements: Nivå 4 Kunskap – Hög generalistkompetens, eller mycket hög kompetens inom området. Erfarenhet – Har deltagit i stora uppdrag inom aktuellt område och genomfört uppdrag med mycket hög kvalitet. Nivån uppnås normalt tidigast efter 9-12 år som konsult inom aktuellt område.
