About the AssignmentAs a requirements management expert, you will play a central role in the development of systems driving technology for a smarter and more connected future. Your main focus will be to manage requirements throughout the development cycle – from gathering and analyzing stakeholder requirements to breaking down, specifying, and verifying system requirements.Key Responsibilities: Manage and break down stakeholder requirements to ensure they meet safety and performance standards for the systems. Conduct safety analyses (e.g., system impact assessments) and apply functional safety standards such as ISO26262 and ISO21434. Work cross-functionally to drive requirements management and ensure that system requirements are implemented and validated to the highest standards. Analyze and develop high-level system design, including defining interfaces, functional specifications, and performance requirements. Triage system issues and identify root causes through functional analysis and testing. Contribute to innovation by developing new ideas and improvements in processes and products. Requirements: At least four years of experience in requirements management within system development or related fields. Experience with safety-critical systems in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or equivalent. Knowledge and experience with standards like ISO26262 and ISO21434. A master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a similar field. Experience working in a large, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
