Start: As soon as possible Location: Norrbotten Duration: Full time for 6-12 months, with possibility for extension As an EHS Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) training to construction workers in line with industry standards and site regulations. Your role will support the upskilling of the workforce and promote a strong safety culture on site. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct EHS inductions for new site personnel • Deliver training on topics such as PTW, risk assessment, supervisor responsibilities, chemical safety, and excavation awareness • Administer training bookings and manage ID06 card activations • Tailor training approaches to various skill levels and learning styles Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in EHS in construction or heavy industry • Relevant education in Training & Development or Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, Train the Trainer) • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus • Strong organizational and communication skills
