Om rollen I rollen som inköpare hos oss ansvarar du för både det dagliga inköpsarbetet och den långsiktiga utvecklingen av leverantörsbas, processer och arbetssätt. Du arbetar nära produktion, teknik, R&D och ledning och bidrar aktivt till att säkerställa kostnadseffektivitet, kvalitet och hållbarhet i hela leverantörsledet. To do that, we need people who combine sharp thinking with the initiative to build what doesn’t yet exist. About The Role We are a lean team making big moves. AI is already part of how our management team works – and it’s proving to be one of the most immediate productivity accelerators we’ve seen. Now we want to go further. This is a newly created role. You will be Circulose’s first dedicated digital and AI leader – responsible for both building the infrastructure that powers our operations and embedding AI into how we work, think, and grow. You’ll own our existing IT landscape while architecting what comes next: a company that uses intelligent tools as a genuine competitive advantage. The role reports to the CFO and sits in the extended leadership team. It is based at Circulose’s headquarters in Stockholm. Where You’ll Have Outsized Impact AI in the modern factory. Our operations are the engine of Circulose. We want AI deeply embedded in how the factory runs – from quality, throughput and process optimization to predictive maintenance and the daily decisions on the floor. You will partner with operations to identify, prototype and scale the use cases that move the needle, and you’ll be just as comfortable on the factory floor as in a leadership meeting. Digital products for our commercial work and brand customers. Being a solution provider to global brands is core to how we win. We orchestrate the implementation of CIRCULOSE® across a complex value chain, and that work is increasingly digital. You will build the internal tools that make our commercial team superhuman, and the external products that make Circulose easier, smarter and stickier for the brands we serve. Leverage tools for HR, Finance and the rest of the business. Beyond the two flagships above, you’ll bring the same builder mindset to the back office – using AI and lightweight internal tools to remove friction wherever you find it. What You'll Do AI Strategy & Enablement – Define and drive Circulose’s AI strategy, from tooling and workflows to governance and training. Identify and prioritize AI use cases across the business: commercial, operations, supply chain, finance, and communications. Enable the organization to use AI tools effectively and responsibly – building capability and confidence across teams. Evaluate, procure, and deploy AI solutions that deliver measurable value. Digital Infrastructure & IT – Own Circulose’s digital infrastructure and IT environment, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and fit for a fast-growing company. Manage and develop our stack of digital tools, SaaS platforms, and data systems. Lead vendor relationships and ensure operational continuity. Build the internal processes and standards that allow us to grow without creating technical debt. Data & Analytics – Develop our data architecture and reporting capabilities to support better, faster decisions. Create dashboards and intelligence tools that give leadership and operations real-time visibility. Ensure data quality, governance, and security across the organization. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with every function in the business, acting as a trusted advisor on all things digital and AI. Build a small, high-impact digital team as the company scales. Stay at the frontier of what’s possible and bring the outside in. About You You are obsessed with where AI is going. You read the papers, you’ve tried every major model the week it shipped, and you’re the kind of person who gets a little too excited when a new version of Claude (or the equivalent) drops. You don’t just talk about AI – you build with it. Proven experience leading digital transformation, IT strategy, or AI adoption in a technology-forward or growth-stage company. Hands-on with modern AI tools and a track record of deploying them in practical, business-relevant ways. Comfortable prototyping, vibe-coding, and shipping products yourself when that’s the fastest path. Strong technical foundation: you understand infrastructure, data architecture, and software systems at a level that earns the trust of engineers and executives alike. Experience building and owning IT or digital functions – not just advising on them. Comfortable operating without a playbook. You create structure from ambiguity. Experience from sustainability-driven, manufacturing or supply chain environments is a plus. Exposure to operations / factory environments and to building digital products for external customers is a strong plus. This role is for a builder. Not a committee chair or a slide deck architect – but someone who gets things done, makes things real, and brings others along for the ride. You are equally at home in the weeds of a system configuration and in a conversation with the CEO about where AI will take the business in three years. You understand that technology is infrastructure – not a trophy – and you care deeply about making it work for the people using it. ABOUT THE ROLE Are you excited about shaping the future of circular fashion and scaling a fast-moving start-up? We’re looking for a Junior Business Process Analyst to support our ERP implementation as we accelerate textile-to-textile recycling at industrial scale. We believe you are a recent graduate within Industrial Engineering and Management (Industriell Ekonomi) or a similar field. You may also have another educational or professional background combined with experience from ERP implementations, process development or cross-functional improvement initiatives. Based at our Ortviken plant in Sundsvall, you will be part of the ERP project team and work closely with key stakeholders within Production, Procurement, Maintenance and Controlling, as well as external SAP consultants. The role combines analytical work, coordination, documentation and practical operational support — and includes the opportunity to contribute to how AI-based tools may support project execution and collaboration. WHAT YOU’LL DO As part of the ERP project team, you will support the establishment of new business processes, routines and ways of working connected to the SAP implementation, including: Support the implementation of new business processes and routines within Production, Procurement and Maintenance. Participate in workshops together with business users and SAP consultants. Document processes, routines, decisions and ways of working. Help coordinate activities between Operations and other business functions. Support preparation and execution of system testing (UAT and end-to-end testing). Assist with test documentation and follow-up of issues and actions. Support training activities and preparation of user material. Provide practical support to colleagues during testing and go-live preparation. Follow up actions, dependencies and project tasks. Help structure and maintain project documentation. Support master data preparation and validation. Assist with analysis and follow-up related to operational processes and reporting. ABOUT YOU A degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (Industriell Ekonomi) or a similar field is highly relevant for this role. We also welcome candidates with other backgrounds who bring experience from ERP implementations, process development or cross-functional improvement initiatives. You’ll thrive in this role if you are: Structured, curious and comfortable working in an environment where not everything is fully defined from the start. Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a structured way of working. Able to take initiative and drive tasks forward independently, with good communication and collaboration skills. Interested in industrial operations, supply chain and business processes, and comfortable working in Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Fluent in Swedish and English. Experience from ERP systems or manufacturing environments is a merit. PRACTICAL INFORMATION Temporary project employment during August–November 2026. Some activities may start earlier during spring/summer 2026. Location: Ortviken, Sundsvall. The project is conducted in close collaboration with the business and external SAP consultants.
