As Warehouse Supervisor, you will report to the Project Warehouse Manager. You will be part of our BECCS project (full-scale Bio-Energy Carbon Capture and Storage) for the Business Line ENCAR. You will be responsible for the reception and inspection of materials on arrival at the site in terms of integrity, conformity and quantities. You will supervise a team of 8 warehouse officers and ensure the adequate handling, storage and preservation of materials, in accordance with the relevant procedures defined by vendors, clients and projects. Responsibilities Supervise a team of sub-contractors who will inspect materials on arrival at the site in terms of integrity, conformity and quantities, as per PL (Packing Lists Materials) / PO (Purchase Order)specifications/technical drawings Coordinate materials storage and preservation activities, in accordance with the relevant procedures defined by vendors, clients and projects Monitor the available and incoming materials and assist in feasibility analysis, issuing the relevant reports Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected and raising awareness about workplace cleanliness.• Ensure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements Segregate non-conforming materials; Separate non-compliant materials and handle their return or repair Keep updated the relevant Saipem software systems (MAGA); Keep company software systems(e.g., MAGA) updated for material management Verify the Test Certificate Number and heat cast number, and keep a record of the certificates Support and control the handover of materials to Subcontractors and/or construction execution team, according to site procedures, ensuring the record of the vouchers and making sure all movements are properly recorded Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating needs or surplus, and prepare the list of leftover materials at the end of the project. Requirements 5 years in warehouse coordination activities in a construction, engineering or industrial project environment Swedish and English proficient Warehouse management, Engineering materials handling experience MAGA software, MS 365 (Excel)
As Project Assistant you will provides day-to-day administrative, logistical and personal assistance to the project team. The role acts as a key interface for general services and document coordination, supporting smooth project operations in an international environment.You will be part of our BECCS project (full-scale Bio-Energy Carbon Capture and Storage) for Business Line ENCAR. Responsibilities Provide general secretarial and administrative support, including:- Exchange of documentation between Contractor, Subcontractors and Company- Support administrative activities in SAP- Document preparation- Management coordination and scheduling meetings- Document formatting and filing Assist with general living matters (e.g. local arrangements) Assist and accompany personnel in registrations with local authorities, where required Support in general organisational and administrative tasks Preparation of Project Record Books (PRB), collecting the documentation from all project departments in accordance with the PRB index Requirements Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in customer assistance,administrative or support functions. Swedish and English proficient Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Sap knowledge is a plus.
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting local HR operations in Sweden. This includes ensuring the compliant management of payroll, employee lifecycle activities, general services, and industrial relations matters for the project. You will ensure full compliance with Company standards, Client requirements, and applicable local legislation throughout construction and commissioning activities. You will be part of our BECCS project (full-scale Bio-Energy Carbon Capture and Storage) for Business Line ENCAR. Responsibilities Act as a focal point for payroll processing, coordinating with external payroll providers, internal finance teams, line managers and employees Collect, validate and submit payroll inputs (i.e. new hires, leavers, absences, overtime, allowances, benefits in kind, expenses claims, timesheets) Assist in the management of tax registrations, social security obligations and onboarding documentation (both locals and posted workers) Support the HR Manager in industrial relations matters, interfacing with trade unions, employers’ associations, and external labour consultants Act as a key HR interface for subcontractors on industrial relations and labour compliance topics Support implementation and monitoring of applicable collective agreements Ensure compliance with Swedish labour law (Working Hours Act, holidays, sick leave, termination rules, etc.) Coordinate general services for local and posted worker staff (office facilities, access badges, ITequipment, onboarding logistics) Support mobilisation and demobilisation processes for locally hired employees Coordinate with Site Management on administrative and workforce support needs Support accommodation, commuting or welfare-related logistics; Requirements Five years of HR operations experience in Sweden Demonstrated expertise in payroll coordination and liaising with external payroll providers in Sweden Familiarity with industrial relations and collective bargaining environments within Sweden is required Experience managing posted workers in construction, engineering, or industrial projects in a multinational setting is highly desirable Solid knowledge of Swedish labour law and the industrial relations system Familiarity with trade unions (e.g. IF Metall, Unionen) and employers’ associations Move comfortably among all other common MS Office applications (including AI apps)• Swedish and English proficient
