We are looking for a Team Leader / Supervisor for a construction project in Boden, Sweden. Contracts and terms Contract: 10 months, with the possibility of extension Accommodation: Provided on site Flights: Included PPE / Protective equipment: Included Salary: Hourly wage based on hours worked Role As a Team Leader / Supervisor, you work under the responsibility of the site manager and lead a team of workers on the construction site. The role involves organizing the daily work, following production goals and ensuring that the work is carried out according to safety, quality and environmental requirements. Main duties Lead and organize the day-to-day work of a team on site. Follow the daily production plan together with the site manager. Ensure that daily goals are met or report deviations. Plan and ensure the need for materials, equipment and resources. Allocate tasks and ensure that the team understands their responsibilities. Support and guide workers directly on the job site when needed. Ensure that health, safety, quality and environmental rules are followed. Carry out or supervise stakeout/measurement of work within the area of responsibility. Check the quality and conformity of the work performed. Report problems, risks or delays to the site manager. Requirements and qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, construction, masonry, formwork, reinforcement or similar area is required. Experience as a Team Leader, supervisor, foreman or similar role is required. Good practical construction knowledge and the ability to read drawings. Ability to organize workers, allocate tasks, and follow daily goals. Good understanding of safety, protective equipment, quality and productivity on construction site. CAP/BEP Building or equivalent education is an advantage. Basic English or French is an advantage.

Main duties Establish and secure the work area. Manufacture and assemble traditional or industrial formwork. Place reinforcement for concrete structures. Casting concrete and supporting concrete work. Tear down formwork safely after concrete work has been carried out. Manufacture and assemble prefabricated elements. Read reinforcement drawings and follow instructions on site. Use tools and equipment safely and accurately. Check the quality of the work performed. Keeping the workplace clean and organized. Comply with health, safety, quality and environmental regulations. Report problems, errors or dangerous situations. Requirements and qualifications Experience of formwork, reinforced concrete, masonry or carpentry is an advantage. Education in formwork, safety, drawing reading, reinforcement or construction is an advantage. CAP Builder, masonry/concrete education or equivalent education is meritorious. Ability to read drawings and follow instructions on the jobsite. Good understanding of safety rules and the use of protective equipment. Basic English or French is required.

Concrete Carpenter – Boden, Sweden We are looking for experienced Shuttering Carpenters to work on construction, civil engineering and industrial projects in Boden, Sweden. This role may also be known as Concrete Formwork Worker, Formwork Carpenter or Concrete Carpenter, depending on the country. Important: Applicants must have EU/EEA citizenship or another valid right to work in Sweden. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Key responsibilities Under the supervision of the Team Leader or Site Supervisor, your main duties will include: · Preparing, setting up and securing the work area and construction site · Reading and interpreting formwork, reinforcement and technical drawings · Building traditional and industrial formwork · Assembling and dismantling formwork panels and shuttering systems · Marking out and setting up structures according to plans · Positioning and fixing reinforcement bars and steel elements · Pouring, vibrating and checking concrete · Manufacturing and installing prefabricated elements when required · Checking alignment, levels and the quality of completed work · Carrying out masonry-related tasks when required · Using site tools and equipment safely · Following HSE procedures and site safety rules at all times · Cleaning and organising the work area after completion Requirements · Qualification or professional training in masonry, formwork, reinforced concrete or a similar construction trade · Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter, Concrete Formwork Worker, Formworker, Formwork Carpenter, Concrete Carpenter or similar role · Experience in construction, civil engineering or industrial projects · Good knowledge of traditional and industrial formwork techniques · Ability to read formwork and reinforcement drawings · Knowledge of construction site safety rules · Experience in traditional or industrial masonry would be an advantage · Ability to work at height and in a construction site environment · Good physical condition and ability to work as part of a team · Reliable, organised, autonomous and respectful of deadlines Working conditions and benefits · Contract length: 12 months, with possibility of extension · Flights and accommodation included · Daily food budget provided Job details Job type: Contract Work location: In person, Boden, Sweden Work authorisation: EU/EEA citizenship or valid right to work in Sweden required How to apply You apply through this platform or send your CV to: [email protected] Only candidates with relevant experience and the required work authorisation can be considered.
