Vad du kommer att göra som vår Teknisk Produktägare Vi söker en Teknisk Produktägare till Visionline – världens största hotellaccess-system, installerat på över 30 000 hotell världen över. Det här är en roll för dig som har en gedigen ingenjörsbakgrund och som trivs lika bra i djupa tekniska diskussioner med arkitekter och seniora utvecklare som i strategiska samtal med affärsledningen. Du förstår vad som händer i ett system på lågnivå, kan läsa en arkitekturbeskrivning och direkt identifiera tekniska risker. Produktägarskapet är kärnan i rollen – men den tekniska trovärdigheten är förutsättningen för att det ska fungera. I denna roll rapporterar du till R&D Software Manager. Du kommer också att: Äga och prioritera Visionlines produktbacklog med teknisk precision – formulera krav som är direkt handlingsbara, testbara och väldefinierade för arkitekter och utvecklare. Ta ett helhetsgrepp om backlogen, inklusive teknisk skuld, säkerhetsuppdateringar, kryptografiska uppgraderingar samt kvalitets- och stabilitetsförbättringar i hårdvarunära komponenter. Driva ett kvalitetstänk från start och ta fullt ägandeskap för leveransförutsägbarhet, inklusive testautomation, CI/CD och koordinering av tester med Alpha-hotell. Färdigheterna och erfarenheten du behöver Vi söker dig som har: Bakgrund som mjukvaruutvecklare, inbyggd systemutvecklare, teknisk ledare eller systemarkitekt med djup förståelse för C, C++ och/eller C#, relationsdatabaser, säker kommunikation (TLS/PKI) samt nätverk och trådlösa protokoll (BLE, Zigbee, Matter, Thread). Bevisad erfarenhet av produktägarskap eller teknisk produktledning i komplexa, mjukvaruintensiva miljöer – gärna med hårdvarunära komponenter och långlivade kundinstallationer.
