Key skills and experience we’re looking for: 8–10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on API-driven and cloud-native systems Expertise in UCaaS, telecommunications, or similar communication platforms Deep understanding of relevant technologies and protocols (SIP, RTP, WebRTC, REST, GraphQL, etc.) Experience in designing and evolving distributed cloud-native architectures, ideally in complex, large-scale environments Proficiency in building scalable, secure, and resilient systems using modern tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, SQL/NoSQL) Strong communication and collaboration skills, you’re comfortable influencing across disciplines Experience with high-volume, high-availability systems and performance optimization techniques Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic decisions that support business growth Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments and guiding development teams through architecture best practices A background in mentoring, tech leadership, or cross-team architectural alignment.
