We're a digital mobile operator with our own UCaaS platform — and we're looking for someone who can both drive their own deals and develop the people around them. We are looking for a player-coach role. This means that you will be responsible for a personal revenue target while owning the performance and development of your team. You'll work with Swedish businesses of SME and mid-market sizes. We define this segment as businesses with 20–120 users, and you'll do it with a product you can genuinely believe in. A typical day in this role involves: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Executives across Sweden Owning a personal new business and/or expansion pipeline alongside your team's performance Driving the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to close — for SME and mid-market accounts. Building strong, long-term customer relationships and acting as an escalation point for strategic accounts Reporting on pipeline, forecast, and team performance to Nordic sales leadership Contributing to sales playbooks, onboarding, and team culture Representing Telavox as an Ambassador in the Swedish market About you You've been in B2B sales long enough to know what good looks like — and you've started turning that into a coaching practice. You lead by example, set a high bar, and follow through. We're looking for someone with: Proven experience in B2B sales within telecom, UCaaS, SaaS, or tech A track record of closing deals and managing a full sales cycle independently Experience leading or mentoring a sales team, formally or informally Familiarity with cloud communication, PBX, or unified communications — or a strong appetite to learn Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging with both SME and mid-market customers Fluency in Swedish and English Background from telecom or cloud communications is highly merited. What defines you is a mix of commercial drive, genuine people investment, and the discipline to do both well at the same time. Join the fun! 💚 Are you a technically sharp problem-solver who gets energy from the complexity of large-scale customer environments? Keep on reading. Telavox is a fast-growing digital telco combining the reliability of telecom with the agility of SaaS. At the heart of this role is integrating core network infrastructure with Telavox's growing portfolio of services — from UCaaS and advanced telephony to AI-powered features that help businesses work smarter. Our customers are operators and enterprises who depend on us to fit seamlessly into their world — their billing, their provisioning, their legal requirements, their way of working. We are now looking for a Solution Architect who understands that the real work is understanding the customer first, and connecting the dots to our platform second. About the job As a Solution Architect within our Customer Service Delivery team, you sit at the intersection of customer, product, and platform. Your job is to deeply understand what a customer is trying to achieve: Their technical ecosystem, their commercial requirements, their legal constraints — and then connect those dots to what Telavox can deliver. Most of the work is about understanding the customer's side. How their teams communicate, how they manage users and devices, how voice and messaging fit into their workflows, what their IT landscape looks like, billing integrations, online journeys, regulatory requirements— you need to get into that world before you can architect anything meaningful on ours. Your day-to-day work includes: Running discovery and needs analysis with operator customers — asking the right questions, listening carefully, and building the kind of trust that makes complex deals possible Designing end-to-end solutions that fit into the customer's existing ecosystem, including BSS/OSS environments, provisioning, billing, and legal frameworks Managing stakeholders on both sides — internally across Engineering, Product, and Sales, and externally across customer organisations at multiple levels Owning your projects: setting timelines, tracking progress, escalating when needed, and following through to delivery Supporting RFx and technical sales processes as the primary technical voice toward the customer Translating customer demands into structured input for Product and Development — so what you learn in the field actually shapes what we build Creating clear High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation that the whole organisation can use About you You're a good listener and a technically credible communicator. You know that trust takes time to build and that the best solutions come from understanding what the customer is actually trying to solve — not from presenting a pre-packaged answer. You're also someone who gets things done. You manage competing priorities, keep stakeholders informed, and own your deliverables from kickoff to go-live. When something is at risk, you say so early and you drive the resolution. We're looking for someone with: A solid background in telecom and/or UCaaS — you understand how operators work, what their systems look like, and why integrations are usually where the real complexity lives Experience working across customer environments: BSS/OSS, SIM, interconnects, roaming, provisioning, or related domains Strong stakeholder management skills — you're comfortable navigating complex organisations, both internally and externally A structured working style with the ability to manage deadlines and escalate with good judgment Fluent in English and preferably one Scandinavian language Genuine curiosity about customer needs and a bias toward understanding before proposing Nice to have: Experience from Ericsson, Nokia, or a major Operator Familiarity with UCaaS integration patterns, SIP, or voice/data quality frameworks Experience working in cross-functional teams across product and engineering organisations Location: Malmö or Stockholm Travel: ~30 days per year Join us at Telavox 💚 Since Telavox's journey started in 2002, we have strengthened our position as the leading forward-thinking communication platform for businesses. As a digital mobile operator, we develop and own our all-in-one communication platform, which integrates telephony, PBX, messaging, meetings, and contact centers, giving businesses a smarter way to connect. Are you the kind of engineer who does not just fix the problem in front of you, but asks why it happened and makes sure it cannot happen again? At Telavox, that mindset is exactly what this role is built around. Telavox is a fast-growing digital telco combining the reliability of telecom with the agility of SaaS. Our platform serves operators across Europe and the Middle East with high uptime expectations and no patience for the same incident twice. We are now looking for an Incident Management Lead who combines deep technical ability with real process ownership — someone who can coordinate a response under pressure and drive the improvements that make the next incident less likely. About the job As Incident Management Lead, you are the process owner for how Telavox handles incidents affecting our operator clients. During active incidents, you act as Incident Commander, coordinating response across support, engineering, and relevant stakeholders. Between incidents, you are focused on making sure the same problems do not happen twice — through automation, better tooling, sharper runbooks, and structured post-mortems that actually lead somewhere. You will be part of a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, shared across a team of 4–5 incident-trained colleagues within the Service Operations Center — approximately one week per month. We believe the best incident process ownership comes from being close to the reality of incidents, not just overseeing them from a distance. When not engaged in incident management, you operate as a Tech Support Engineer, acting as a senior technical resource within the Service Operations Center team. Your day-to-day work includes: Leading incident response as Incident Commander, coordinating across teams and driving issues to resolution Ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication to operator clients throughout every incident — status updates, root cause summaries, and resolution confirmations Facilitating post-mortem reviews for significant incidents, tracking remediation actions to completion and holding owners accountable Identifying recurring failure patterns and driving initiatives to eliminate root causes permanently Driving automation of detection, alerting, and initial triage to reduce manual effort and time-to-detect Developing and maintaining incident runbooks, escalation playbooks, and response checklists Together with your leader, the Service Operation Center Manager, support the team of incident specialists: Train them in incident management processes, guide them in incidents, and recruit team members to the on-call schedule Supporting colleagues on complex technical cases and contributing to the team knowledge base About you You stay calm and structured when the pressure is on. You communicate with precision — adapting depth and tone for a technical team in one moment and an operator client in the next. And when an incident is closed, you are the person asking what needs to change so it does not happen again, and you engage with our engineering teams to make improvements happen. You take ownership naturally. Not in a way that creates friction, but in a way that means things actually get resolved. We are looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience in incident management, site reliability, or technical operations — ideally in a telecom, SaaS, or platform environment Strong understanding of incident management frameworks and structured response processes Experience working with operators, carriers, or similarly demanding enterprise clients with high uptime expectations Hands-on experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling Ability to analyse API integrations, SIP call flows, and backend system behaviour to identify root causes Experience driving post-mortem processes and cross-functional remediation programmes Experience from working with technical support for enterprise clients Willingness to be on a rotating on-call schedule approximately one week per month Fluent English, written and spoken. Additional languages relevant to operator markets are a plus Join us at Telavox 💚 Since Telavox's journey started in 2002, we have strengthened our position as the leading forward-thinking communication platform for businesses. Join Telavox as Senior Systems Engineer (Domain Owner) 🚀 Are you a senior engineer who wants real ownership of the platform you build? At Telavox, the Delivery domain - CI/CD, artifact management, secrets, and the infrastructure self-service tooling - is critical infrastructure for our entire engineering organisation. We're hiring someone to own it. Telavox is a fast-growing digital telco that combines the reliability of telecom with the agility of SaaS across Europe and beyond. As our platform scales, the experience our developers have when shipping code matters more than ever. We want someone to make that experience genuinely great. We are looking for a Systems Engineer for Delivery to join our Infrastructure Engineering team. This is a hands-on senior role where you set technical direction, build the roadmap, and contribute substantially to the technical work itself. About the job As a Systems Engineer for Delivery, you are the person who can answer "what are the most important things in Delivery right now, and why?" better than anyone else. You own the roadmap, align priorities across teams, and contribute substantially to architecture and implementation. Being a Domain Owner is a stewardship role, not a management one. You wouldn't be staffing the team or making people decisions - you'd be setting technical direction, communicating it, and driving the work. Today, Delivery is touched by several engineers as a slice of their time, and we want to bring focus and coherence to it. Your day-to-day work includes: Set technical direction for Delivery: define quality standards, prioritise investments, and maintain a clear roadmap (Jira, RICE scoring). Align priorities via the bi-weekly Domain Owner Forum. Partner with ~10 engineering teams across product areas to understand needs and translate them into platform improvements, and treat the platform as a product. Improve CI/CD (Jenkins), focusing on stability, observability, and scalability; reduce noise from flaky vs real failures. Evolve the GitOps-based deployment setup through continuous improvement. Define and own SLOs for the Delivery experience from the ground up. Evaluate the need for an Internal Developer Portal and guide the decision. Support the evolution of Delivery for AI-augmented development workflows. There's also an adjacent room in Observability if it interests you. We're consolidating onto an LGTM-focused stack. How we work together: You'd join Infrastructure Engineering, around 15 people across two groups (Network and Developer Platform). The role is in Malmö at Gjuteriet, our new vibrant HQ. No mandatory on-call rotation. There's a shared org-wide on-call line, and Delivery has an informal secondary list called maybe 1-3 times a month total. We use Claude Code across engineering. The software-dev side is well into it; the platform side is leaning in carefully, and you'd help shape that for Delivery. About you You are a senior engineer who is self-driving, product-minded, and comfortable owning ambiguity. You have worked with CI/CD systems at scale, know their failure modes, and have engaged directly with developers' pain points. You can turn fuzzy organisational friction into a clear technical roadmap, and you see things through. You believe great internal platforms are built by people who genuinely understand what developers need, and you are the kind of engineer who goes and finds out. We are looking for someone with: Strong Kubernetes and cloud-native delivery experience (GitOps, ArgoCD or equivalent) Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD systems at scale and their failure modes Demonstrated product-mindedness: you've engaged directly with developer or end-user needs Self-driving in scoping and prioritising your domain. You can turn fuzzy friction into clear roadmaps and follow through Strongly valued: Observability stack experience (metrics, logs, traces). LGTM stack a plus Experience building or owning an Internal Developer Portal or platform service catalog Working knowledge of how AI/LLM tooling fits into developer workflows, or strong opinions about how it should be done This is a Senior role with explicit domain stewardship responsibilities. Paths from here include growing into a Staff IC scope or, if it interests you, moving into management. Join us at Telavox 💚 Since Telavox's journey started in 2002, we have strengthened our position as the leading forward-thinking communication platform for businesses. Join Telavox as an Analytics Engineer 📊 At Telavox, a data point is only as valuable as the trust people place in it. As our Analytics Engineer, you will own the full lifecycle of that data point, from raw backend event all the way to the dashboard where an executive acts. You are the person who makes sure the numbers leadership sees are the right ones, and that the path from raw event to insight is modeled, tested, and trustworthy. We think of this role as the organisation's librarian: data at Telavox should not just be available, it should be findable, well-defined, and ready to use. If you like the craft of making data genuinely useful and you want to own it from pipeline to prototype, this role is built for you. About the job You will be responsible for making data real across the organisation, building and maintaining the pipelines, models, and datasets that analysts and business leaders depend on every day. Your day-to-day work includes: Own the dbt project: transform raw data into staged, modeled, documented, and tested tables across bronze, silver, and gold layers Design and evolve data marts that encode real Telavox business logic in ways that survive org and product changes Operate our CDC pipelines, monitor health, respond to failures, and manage BigQuery cost and performance Build and maintain the semantic layer that powers self-service and agentic analytics Partner with analysts and business stakeholders to turn questions into durable data products rather than one-off reports This role is based at our new HQ in Malmö. About you This role sits closer to data engineering than classic BI. Your centre of gravity is the backend: ingestion pipelines, GCP, SQL performance, and change data capture. You will take on real data engineering responsibilities; this is not a role that hands off to a separate platform team. That said, you are not only a backend engineer. You can move up the stack when needed, spinning up a dashboard to validate data with stakeholders and close the feedback loop on your models. You are pragmatic and ownership-minded, taking pride in end-to-end delivery. You are comfortable speaking business with a Sales Lead and SQL with a Developer in the same afternoon, and you are always focused on making data genuinely useful to the people who depend on it. We are also looking for someone genuinely curious about AI, eager to help shape how Claude and similar tools fit into analytics engineering and bring a point of view on where AI adds real leverage and where it does not. Join Telavox as a Security Engineering Lead 🔐 Are you a hands-on security engineer who enjoys being close to the code, the systems, and the teams building them? At Telavox, security is not a gate at the end of development. It is an embedded capability that enables us to move fast, safely, and at scale. Telavox is a fast-growing digital telco that combines the reliability of telecom with the agility of SaaS across Europe and across the globe. As our platform grows, security becomes a force multiplier - not just protecting what we build, but actively enabling engineers to ship better and safer software every day. We are looking for a Security Engineering Lead to join our engineering organisation. In this role, you will sit at the heart of our platform, working embedded across product and platform teams to make security a built-in property of every system we ship. About the job As a Security Engineering Lead, you are the engineering execution layer that makes security real across the Platform organisation. You work embedded with product and platform teams - detecting and responding to threats, building tooling that improves security posture at scale, and enabling engineers to own security in their domains. You bridge the gap between the CISO’s strategic direction and day-to-day engineering reality, turning security goals into concrete engineering outcomes. Your day-to-day work includes: Triage and coordinate responses to emerging threats – assess severity, involve the right teams, and drive issues to resolution Own and evolve vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST, secrets scanning, and infrastructure scanning across code and production systems Drive concrete security initiatives such as unified RBAC, network segmentation, and service-to-service security models, from concept to production Work directly with engineering teams to translate risk into actionable work in the product development process Embed security practices into engineering workflows so teams can ship securely by default The role is based either at our new HQ in Malmö or in our Stockholm office. About you You are a pragmatic, hands-on security engineer who thrives working deeply in systems and closely with engineering teams. You are comfortable moving between code, infrastructure, and architecture discussions, and you care about making security scalable, practical, and usable. You believe security works best when it is distributed, automated, and embedded, not bolted on in the end. You think ahead about what embedded security looks like when engineering is increasingly AI-augmented — agent credentials, MCP and tool-use boundaries, and secure-by-default workflows for code that humans and models write together. We are looking for someone with: A hands-on background in software or platform engineering, with real comfort in the terminal - able to run scans, inspect output, and file a PR when needed Demonstrated experience with the security tooling landscape: vulnerability management, SAST/DAST, secrets scanning, and infrastructure scanning - understanding trade-offs, not just installation A teaching and enabling mindset - sharing knowledge, running hands-on deep-dives, and leaving capability behind rather than creating dependency Strong ability to collaborate with engineers and translate security risks into practical engineering work Fluent English, written and spoken.
