Your Role and Impact As our Information System Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the technological backbone of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and architect ERP and CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role demands a blend of technical prowess and strategic thinking, as you will be gathering and analyzing technical requirements, proposing solutions, and ensuring the highest quality in Dynamics 365 implementations. You will lead a small, specialized application team located in the UK, France and Canada. This position is not just about technical skills but also about leadership, mentorship, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Your Experience: We are looking for a candidate with - 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing ERP and CRM solutions at an enterprise level, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 FO. - A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - A strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions. - Certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330) are highly desirable. - Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to translate technical jargon into business insights. - A proactive approach, capable of working autonomously and creatively, while still being a team player. - Additional qualifications in project management methodologies like Prince2, PMP, or SAFE will be considered an advantage.
