Som IT-arkitekt på Attendo har du en nyckelroll i att forma och planera effektiva IT-system och infrastrukturer, från behov till implementation. Genom tighta relationer inom organisationen driver du arbetet framåt och säkerställer att lösningarna är skräddarsydda för Attendos verksamhet. Hos oss är du ansvarig för att etablera och upprätthålla IT-arkitekturstyrningsprinciper och standarder som säkerställer enhetlighet och samstämmighet i vår IT-miljö. Du arbetar med att hantera risker och säkerhetsaspekter relaterade till IT-system och infrastruktur och implementera adekvata säkerhetsåtgärder. Du samarbetar nära med andra teammedlemmar och intressenter inom organisationen för att säkerställa att alla projekt och initiativ följer den övergripande IT-arkitekturen och uppfyller de tekniska kraven. En viktig del av din roll är att vara ansvarig för utvecklingen och driften av vår integrationsplattform, samt att hantera budgetplanering och kostnadskontroll för IT-projekt och initiativ. Dessutom deltar du i strategiska planeringsaktiviteter för att definiera långsiktiga mål och riktlinjer för arbetet kring IT-arkitekturen. Genom att kontinuerligt utvärdera nya teknologier, verktyg och trender, såsom automatisering och AI, identifierar du möjligheter till innovation och förbättringar som kan gynna Attendo på lång sikt. Vi tror att du har: Minst 3-5 års erfarenhet av IT-arkitektur och systemdesign. Djup teknisk kunskap och erfarenhet av olika teknologier, ramverk och verktyg som används för att bygga IT-system som tex integrationer, datalager, automatisering och AI. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med integrationer mellan system och plattformar. Stark förmåga att analysera och lösa komplexa tekniska problem. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med molnbaserade lösningar (Azure) och skalbara arkitekturer är meriterande. Utmärkta kommunikations- och samarbetsförmågor för att kunna arbeta effektivt med olika intressenter och teammedlemmar med olika nivå av digital mognad. Certifieringar inom IT-arkitektur eller relevanta tekniska områden är en fördel. Du kommer jobba mot flera avdelningar inom organisationen, såsom marknad, kvalitet och finans. För att passa i rollen ser vi gärna att du har - Eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi, systemvetenskap eller annat område vi bedömer som relevant - Minst 3 års erfarenhet av arbete inom BI Analytics eller liknande - Arbetat operativt i något BI verktyg - Kunskap och erfarenhet av SQL - Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift Det är ett extra plus om du också har erfarenhet av - Power BI - Python-färdigheter - Moderna dataplattformar, som exempelvis DataBricks För att trivas i rollen tro vi att du trivs i en föränderlig organisation där du får ta stort ansvar och initiativ över ditt arbete och vara med och driva arbetet framåt med stor nogrannhet, för verksamhetens bästa. Driven Produktägare till AcadeMedia

I rollen som produktägare för vår framtida dataplattform kommer du samarbeta tätt med vår Head of Data & Analytics, produktägaren för vårt BI-team samt andra nyckelpersoner. Du får här möjligheten att vara med och ta fram vår nya dataplattform från början, som kommer vara en strategiskt viktig del för vår fortsatta väg framåt. Som produktägare tar du ansvar för den nya plattformen och verkar i gränslandet mellan IT och verksamhet för att definiera behoven för en modern dataplattform. Du håller dialog med intressenter, skapar roadmaps och coachar teamet i det dagliga arbetet, med sikte på långsiktighet och hållbarhet. Vi tror att du kommer passa i rollen om du har - Eftergymnasial utbildning inom systemvetenskap, ekonomi eller annat område vi bedömer som relevant - Erfarenhet och kunskap inom data-, analys- och/eller integrationsplattformar - Runt 5 års erfarenhet i liknande position, i en tekniskt komplex miljö - Ledarskapsegenskaper Vi ser det som ett extra plus om du har - Bakgrund inom systemutveckling - Erfarenhet av moderna dataplattformer i molnet För att trivas som vår nya Produktägare ser vi att du är en driven person som trivs med att arbeta i en föränderlig organisation med högt i tak där du tycker det är kul att få ta ägandeskap över en helt ny produkt.
