Soundtrack Domain’s mission is to build the tools that enable creators to soundtrack their creations and tell better stories, making Epidemic Sound into the essential soundtracking partner for creators. Job Summary: In this role, you would be joining our Mobile Experience team, and be responsible for leading the development of the definitive soundtracking app for creators. In a team consisting of software engineers and designers, you’d also be working closely with the other product teams in Soundtrack domain as well as a diverse set of other functions and teams throughout our company to build experiences that take Epidemic Sound on mobile to the next level. As the Product Manager, you have an important role in our organization, making sure our efforts give the best experiences possible to our users. Responsibilities: Form and grow a vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area that helps serve our users and accelerate our vision and organizational goals. Help the team determine and evaluate success on a wide range of aspects, to make sure the team is focusing on the right things. Expertly communicate with internal stakeholders to make sure we are building the right things, tracking success metrics, and communicating developments. Collaborate with design and technical peers in the daily operations to ensure delivery by also keeping an eye on capabilities, happiness, resilience, and growth to empower the team. Requirements: 4+ years of experience working with product development in a growing and data-driven organization. Strong product expertise, with a solid understanding of software development principles, agile development methodologies, and both qualitative and quantitative experimentation methodologies. Hands-on PM experience delivering world class mobile apps in B2C/B2B context. Excellent relationship-building skills, helping your team prioritize and communicating that priority in the organization. This is an interim role until Q2 2025 with the potential of being extended based at our HQ in Stockholm. How you will make an impact; As an in-house Legal Counsel at Epidemic Sound, you work in a specialized legal team that is tightly integrated with the business. You will have the opportunity to work broadly across legal fields in supporting our mission to soundtrack the world. The person we are looking for will in particular have a special focus on supporting and working closely with the Music team, allowing you to further develop your skills in the complex, challenging and constantly changing legal field of music rights. Key responsibilities; Drafting, negotiating and managing agreements with artists and other creative creators. Drafting and negotiating various types of agreements including music and artist-related agreements, including licensing, acquisition and distribution agreements. Influence and develop best practices and processes related to music-related matters. Working with rights enforcement-related matters. Assisting in or leading various music and copyright-related projects as well as other legal matters in various jurisdictions. Conducting legal research relating to a variety of legal matters and jurisdictions. Providing day-to-day legal counsel and guidance to the Music team as well as supporting other teams with a broad range of matters. In order for you to succeed in this role, we believe you are/have; Highly skilled with a Master of Laws or equivalent from a Swedish university. 2+ years of working experience at a law firm within the IP/copyright area or as legal counsel at a fast-paced music or media-oriented company or organization. Experience in drafting and negotiating IP-related and commercial agreements; attention to detail is a must. Strong interest in and thorough understanding of copyright law, particularly in the domain of music rights. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Enjoy working in teams and teaming up with your colleagues, within and outside of the legal team. You are a relationship builder with the will to maintain and enhance your and the Legal team’s relationships in the organization. Experience or documented skills in legal project management is meritorious. Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, with excellent drafting skills. You will form a key part of the Security Division here at Epidemic Sound. You, along with your team, will help ensure our employees and services are protected from a wide range of online threats. Although we are a global company, this position will be based in our Stockholm office. If you are currently not in Stockholm, we're happy to help! Job Summary: Increase the security maturity of our organization to help create and update systems to be efficient and ensure they are primed for ever-changing attack vectors. Work closely within a small team collaborating across our other central teams, such as IT and legal. Make specialized security knowledge accessible to wide audiences throughout the organization with great outreach and process design. Responsibilities: Working with teams and individuals to identify, track and fix vulnerabilities/risks in both systems and processes. Automating security processes where feasible. Helping to identify and evaluate new security tools and services. Optimizing and managing our SIEM solution. Sharing your knowledge through solid documentation, delivering internal tech talks and security awareness training to all levels of technical proficiency. Assisting the team in conducting security reviews for new and existing business software and services. Promoting secure ways of working across all areas of the organization, but especially in our core support services such as IT-Security and secure interactions with customers and vendors. Managing physical security across our managed office spaces (Stockholm, New York) Assisting with security incidents (including on-call), breaches and training exercises around them. Working on a wide range of projects and new initiatives in the team. Responding to security-related requests from across the organization. Requirements: Experience with vendor security assessments Social engineering attacks and mitigation (eg. Phishing)Experience or interest in learning to use AI tooling to improve social engineering practice exercises At least one programming or scripting language (Python, Go, Kotlin, Node.js, and Bash experience preferred) At least one but preferred 3 years of experience with network security Experience with Enterprise Security Tooling (Okta, SumoLogic, Crowdstrike, Island.io experience preferred) Security features of the big public cloud providers (GCP preferred) Kubernetes, Docker or any other containerization architecture Identifying vulnerabilities in software, systems and processes And a good understanding or working knowledge of common security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS, NIST, etc), compliance and regulatory requirements. Preferred Qualifications/Bonus Skills: Experience with physical security red teams operations not required but would be a great advantage. SIEM systems Penetration testing OWASP Top 10 Common CI/CD systems and code repository tools like Github Technical documentation Assisting software engineers with code reviews and highlighting best practices. Job Summary: Within our commercial Organization, we are enhancing our team with a focused Business Development Manager aimed at fostering mutually beneficial business relationships and expanding our business within the Mid-market segment consisting of small to midsize business clients across Europe. Our clientele consists of production companies, broadcasters, advertising agencies, digital publishers, and brands primarily centered around audiovisual media. Responsibilities: Manage the mid-market customer segment, accountable for revenue generation and service adoption. Facilitate the growth customers, with a strategic emphasis on enhancing product adoption and engagement throughout the customer's organization. Identify potential churn risks by analyzing usage data, customer engagement, and feedback, and develop retention strategies. Collaborate with digital strategy owners and enterprise counterparts to ensure a unified offering meeting all customer requirements. Work closely with CRM, payments, and legal departments to ensure effective and efficient service provision to the mid-market segment. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the mid-market segment to drive Epidemic Sound’s business growth. Employ a blend of transactional and consultative sales techniques to understand and address customer needs effectively. Utilize a holistic approach to uncover customer requirements and co-create strategic solutions to meet those needs. Liaise with sales, product & tech, music, and marketing teams to optimize Epidemic Sound’s ecosystem for an exceptional customer experience. Contribute to team objectives to ensure the achievement of initiatives, processes, and programs. Requirements: To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a background in customer success/sales, with experience in music licensing considered advantageous. You must exhibit a passion for delivering value and optimal outcomes for customers while driving business growth and engaging decision-makers. Creativity, energy, and self-motivation are essential qualities, coupled with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to foster strong partnerships. As a proactive individual, you are adept at taking initiative and possess exceptional social skills that translate into valuable business opportunities. Preferred Qualifications/ Bonus Skills: 6+ years of experience in commercial roles such as Business Development, Management Consulting, Digital Account Management or complex Sales. Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving. Commercial mindset with proficiency in serving customers both online and through relationship-building. Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and expansion targets consistently. Ability to innovate in user adoption and churn mitigation strategies. Enthusiasm for leveraging Music, Media, and SaaS solutions to drive customer scalability. Proactive self-starter with strong reliability and attention to detail. Comfortable with ambiguity and receptive to feedback. Familiarity with Salesforce or Customer Success Platforms is advantageous. Proficiency in English is required.
