About the job As Sourcing Category Manager you will be responsible for strategic sourcing activities and maximizing the potential supplier values. You will build up and maintain supplier relationships and performance according to business strategy of the sourcing category. Cables and electromechanics are hot topics for category ownership, but the role will be defined in collaboration with the right candidate. You will - Ensure that the category sourcing and contract(s) meet the business requirements through the execution of the strategic sourcing process. - Evaluate, negotiate, and maintain the sourcing parameters. - Drive cost cut and TCO activities in cooperation with stakeholders to optimize and safeguard the best offer. - Manage the supplier selection process with a cross functional mindset. - Manage contracts and agreements. - Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) process. - Secure quality in Master data and maintain correct sourcing parameters in the system. - Pro-active work to limit deviations according to the signed agreement and improve initial conditions. About you - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, knowledge of the category management concept - High level of commercial awareness - Proven track record in manufacturing industry and / or management consulting. - A solid economical knowledge and understand company relations and transactions. - Good knowledge of various Manufacturing Processes and ERP systems. - Industry and sourcing experience from cables and / or electromechanics is great, but not a must have. Maybe you also have - Holds a positive can-do attitude with strong analytical skills. - Fascinated by and identify yourself in an entrepreneurial environment but also possess the skill of creating structure and proactive planning. - Strong communication skills and a team-player. - Problem solving and triggered by complex environment. - Easy to build and manage relationships and have an ability to motivate and inspire others around you. - You are a doer - where templates, processes and documents do not yet exist you take charge and create. - A genuine technical interest. - Comfortable in international environment with English as main language. Material Compliance Specialist

You will also be monitoring and continuously lead the product quality until the end of life for the product. Responsibilities: - Manage assignments/projects related to quality issues from root cause analysis to implementation of containment actions. - Quality assurance of the product development process and make sure that key quality activities are performed (for example DFx, D-FMEA, P-FMEA) - Ensure that Polarium products are manufactured in accordance with specifications and meet Polarium and/or customer standards. - Together with Technical support, R&D and Manufacturing teams use field, production and manufacturingr data to monitor, control and improve product quality. - Help develop and execute product quality plans, systems and processes globally. Qualifications and experience: - A university degree in engineering or similar experience - Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with different business stakeholders and team members - Team player with customer’s best in mind - Previous experience from working with product development in a company developing complex products with both hardware and software, preferably with a company that has its own production/assembly factories. - Working knowledge of statistics, and in-depth knowledge of quality methodologies, statistical process control, sampling strategies, FMEA etc. - Knowledge in data analysis and interpretation. Proficiency in excel. - Written and verbal fluency in English required. Nice to have skills and experience: - Experience from calculating and driving FFR and COPQ activities. - Experience from 8D problem solving methodology. - Knowledge of Materials Sciences. - Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing. Manager Warehouse and Logistics

Senior System Integration Engineer

About the job. We are hiring a Senior System Integration Engineer to join our System Integration and Verification team. Your scope of responsibilities covers: Activities to design, develop, and integrate BESS solutions, based on existing and new system building blocks. Generate technical documentation. Conduct system-level testing and collaborate with our software developers to optimize the BESS performance. Analyze system data, propose improvements, and troubleshoot integration issues. Provide technical guidance to field technicians, mentor junior engineers, and support sales teams in the pre-sales activities. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Qualification and experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
