Monetization Specialist

Exciting times lie ahead at Sharkmob! You will join us in a pivotal phase of our recently announced project Exoborne (https://www.exoborne.com/en/) and be a key player in delivering on the Monetization strategy. In this role you will work closely with your colleagues in the Monetization team as well as the Live team, but also cross-functionally with departments such as art, design and engineering. Responsibilities - Design and drive the development of monetization features. - Work closely with the Live Designer to ensure that the monetization strategy is integrated with our live plan. - Perform competitor analysis, benchmarking and monitor trends and best practices in the market. - Plan the seasonal content for the store and collaborate with Character Art to deliver it. - Plan and manage the store content updates and campaigns and evaluate the results. - Collaborate with the Data team to ensure we have relevant telemetry to track our features and store. - Track live bugs and collaborate with QA and customer service to resolve them. Requirements - A passion for sales and games! - Proven experience in Monetization, Game development or other relevant background. - Ability to translate conclusions from data into actionable recommendations. - You are an excellent communicator who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration. - Comfortable to both give and receive constructive feedback. - A self-starter with a sense of ownership. Senior Prop Artist

This role will allow you to be a part of the production of AAA games at a great game studio. Since the game you will be working on is in full production, you will need to hit the ground running. Senior Core Systems Engineer

We are extending our team focused on building the tech for our newly announced game Exoborne. The project is our own proprietary IP, and we are looking for two types of developers; one will focus on Core Systems and the Engine, and the other one will focus on the Consoles. Of course, both will share our values and passion for creating the best games possible. Sharkmob's crew has high ambitions, so we value smart decisions, creativity, and passion for the craft. We are working with UE5, but while it is a feature-rich and established engine, our games require something more. Your task would be to improve the existing functionality and framework in Unreal, using the existing technology to implement new and alternative features to further improve the engine for our purposes. Senior Producer

With the announcement of our latest project Exoborne, we are now looking for a Senior Producer to support the Malmö team and take responsibility for all aspects of defining, planning, and executing the work. Reporting to the Production Director, you'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the studio, ensuring we have the best organizational structure, processes, and practices that allow them to produce high-quality work on time and within budget. The ideal candidate understands the creative chaos that comes with AAA game development and can piece together comprehensive goals for the teams to drive towards.
