YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Central City Success Manager at Voi, you will collaborate closely with our Markets, Central Business, and R&D teams to drive market growth and product optimization. Your mission will be to build tools, processes, and guidelines that empower local teams to make the right decisions for optimizing their P&L from a holistic perspective. This includes a specific focus on the user experience and compliance with local permit requirements. Standardising Rider Risk Metrics Across the Group and developing regular actionable reporting to reduce each risk bucket: insurance, fines, permit and fleet cap risks, as well as forecasting the financial costs of these risks in collaboration with the finance team. Owning end to end solutions on rider risks: SOP/playbooks, Rider Messaging, Product Configurations. Compiling and providing strategic feedback and business case for product development on rider risk from a rider experience perspective as well as streamlining crossfunctional processes between local teams, Central Ops and Rider organisation. Support development of tools and processes to monitor the user experience and level of compliance with local permit requirements. Contribute to frameworks and benchmarks to put these data points into context to allow further market growth. Support rollout of new products by establishing the foundational tools and frameworks to carry out the same optimization efforts as outlined above. Contribute with service design and optimisation expertise in competitive bids regarding tenders. Provide product and management teams with synthesised insights and hypotheses supporting ideation, prioritisation and decision making based on cross-market patterns, pain-points and performance data. YOUR MISSION AT VOI As the Compensation & Benefits Manager you are responsible for the Compensation & Benefits function at Voi. Your mission at Voi For the position as a Fleet Specialist, you'll have the possibility of working in two different areas, depending on workload and suitability. We have our mechanical team, where you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles. This means keeping our scooters in top shape and provide strong support to our team on the ground. We also have our In field team, where you'll be utilising our vans to perform different tasks in the Gävle area, making sure our operations runs as efficiently as possible.
