För E-hälsomyndighetens räkning söker vi nu två seniora Tekniska Utredare (Nivå 4) som ska analysera behov och utforma formerna för en statlig e-legitimation för användning i tjänsten. Detta är ett strategiskt uppdrag där du tar fram beslutsunderlag, förstudier och rekommendationer för hur en nationell identifieringslösning ska implementeras och fungera i en komplex vårdmiljö. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Analysera krav och behov för en statlig e-tjänstelegitimation. Utforma tekniska och administrativa ramverk för identitetshantering. Framtagande av beslutsunderlag, rapporter och rekommendationer för myndighetens ledning. Samverkan med externa parter och bevakning av internationella standarder (t.ex. eIDAS och EHDS). Kravprofil För att vara aktuell för rollen krävs att du är en Level 4-konsult (9-12 års erfarenhet) med hög självständighet och dokumenterad erfarenhet av: E-legitimation: Minst 3 års erfarenhet av arbete med e-ID (privat eller tjänste-ID), varav 2 år under de senaste 7 åren. Utredningsarbete: Minst 3 års erfarenhet av att leda förstudier, utredningar och formell rapportering. Utbildning: Examen inom IT, Informationssäkerhet, Datateknik eller Juridik.
