The role You will be embedded in one of our Consumer teams, the part of Instabee that sits closest to real users and real deliveries. This is a hands-on role where you will spend most of your time building, not reviewing architectural slide decks. Om rollen I rollen som Team Manager i Brunna kommer ditt fokus att vara på våra medarbetar som varje dag arbetar för att sortera och leverera våra paket. Du kommer att ha personalansvar för omkring 10 personer och som bland annat innebär uppföljning av KPI:er och medarbetarnas kompetensutveckling.
