Primary Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the credit risk domain projects through all phases of the project lifecycle from defining the strategic roadmap with business, developing the technology blueprint, planning the phased IT implementation, setting up the team and the governance structures related to the production rollout /project activities. * Ability to translate strategic goals through transitional delivery steps, even if that implies justified technical debt to achieve the business outcome. * Lead Credit Risk and Collateral domain project with blended onshore/offshore teams that range in size from 5 to 25 team members. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all business touch points in the domain related to channel integration, pricing, analytics, decisioning, debt collection, scoring and risk modelling. * In-depth and experienced understanding of operational credit risk functions and capabilities in context of lending products and services in banking and /or insurance. * Influence the business and technology direction at the divisional or enterprise level based on broad expertise across multiple software platforms and technologies. * Conduct "Whiteboard", knowledge and requirements gathering sessions with clients through the conceptualisation, design and implementation of new systems, middleware/API, and business intelligence solutions/ reporting solutions.​ You’ll join a team of experienced architects. About this opportunity As a Pega Lead System Architect in Group business support focused on Know Your Customer and Pega CLM/KYC, you will play a pivotal role in creating tangible value towards Nordea’s mission of detecting and preventing financial crime, by leading and driving scope definitions, requirements analysis, functional and technical design to ensure minimal unjustified deviation from OOTB. Senior ESG IT analyst and Data Coordinator

The demands and expectations of the authorities and customers are high, so the task is demanding and full of exciting challenges. In the IT technology department we are shaping the foundation for the journey going forward towards a greener IT landscape. About this opportunity You will be employed in the Sustainable IT department, which has primary responsibility for ESG data and reporting in the area of sustainability for IT Technology. The primary target will be the Carbon reduction target toward the Paris Agreement and becoming a net-zero bank by 2050 latest. In collaboration with the team, you will design and implement a new ESG data model, establish effective processes across teams and drive the implementation and ongoing development and deliveries within sustainability reporting. There will be a broad interface across the organization, where the other ESG departments in particular will become permanent sparring partners. Be a part of Carbon Reduction initiatives and together the team identified potential reduction areas. And in collaboration with platform owners explore solutions and impact going onward. You will be part of a Technology which, in addition to sustainability reporting, i.a. works with tasks within authority reporting, framework monitoring, investment performance and data processing and analysis.
