Our high-voltage direct current (HVDC) technology is critical for efficiently transporting electricity over great distances, including submarine cables, while also seamlessly linking power systems around the world. As a member of the HVDC Engineering Digital Twin team, you will be at the forefront of technology to help drive the HVDC digital transformation that we are currently going through. Your main responsibility will be to support the project execution by ensuring that our Digital Twin flagship solution called IdentiQ is delivered seamlessly to our customers for Operations and Maintenance purposes. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Product Owner, Digital Twin Specialists, Service, BIM, LCI, Product Management and other to support in looking into how IdentiQ can be improved and also be utilized internally for e.g. competence improvement, training, visual database and much more. You will play a critical role in supporting the Digital Twin Specialists by ensuring that the correct customer requirements are captured, translated, and turned into tangible actions. You support the team in validating the customer requirements and making sure that the requirements also reach R&D whenever necessary channeled through the Product Owner. Your Background You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical engineering, computer science or another related field. Experience in power system and/or power products would be meritorious. Previous experience in Sales for AC equipment will be desirable. You are structured, supportive, responsible, and committed to customer satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Willing to travel for customer visits and marketing activities up to 30-40% of the year.
