The opportunity As a Tender Manager you have the comprehensive responsibility of leading the tender team and effectively communicate with both internal & external stakeholders. You will be part of an exciting growth phase HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 70 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems. The global sales & marketing department leads the long-term service agreements (LTSA) and major upgrade projects. The overall goal is to reach growth milestones in the service market, to gain new business opportunities by supporting the tendering activities and achieving customer satisfaction. How you'll make an impact Responsible for global service tenders, both as standalone contracts and as part of a greenfield project. Responsible for both a technical and commercial perspective, supported by technical, legal, tax, insurance, and commercial experts. Representing as a main contact for the customer, subcontractors, and the local service organization. Maintaining close collaboration within global tender core team. Your background We believe you have a technical and commercial experience from HVDC systems or similar power transmission systems. This is an advantage as you will be working close to technology. You have good collaboration and excellent communication skills and thrive in a multi-cultural environment. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required since you will be working with global team. Proficiency in other languages will be considered a plus.
