Med hjälp av dina kollegor, elkonstruktörer och automationsingenjör upprättar ni elunderlag till våra leveransprojekt. Du är expert på ditt projekt och de lösningar som ska implementeras enligt kundens specifikation, arbetet innefattar bland annat att konstruera automatikskåpslösning, lågspänningsställverk för motorkontroll (MCC) samt kopplingslådor. I rollen ingår ett tekniskt ansvar att upprätthålla Hitachis kvalitet och följa gällande standarder och specifikationer. Du har inget personalansvar men har ett ansvar för den el-tekniska lösningen i ditt projekt och behöver leda andra i leveransarbetet och agera intern projektledare. Då vi har produktionen i Landskrona och således ett ansvar mot produktionspersonalen får du räkna med att arbetet i stor utsträckning sker på plats i Landskrona men viss flexibilitet för arbete hemifrån finns. Hur du kommer att påverka Hantera tilldelade projekt enligt gällande arbetsprocess, arbeta enligt satt tid/leveransplan och budget. El-design enlig kundspecifikation, val av komponenter och lösningar, granskning av underlag. Elkonstruktion av automatikskåp, lågspänningsställverk (MCC) och kopplingslådor. Normala spänningar, kraft 208/400/480/690VAC och kontroll 24-220VDC. Upprätta och arbeta efter gällande kvalitetsdokumentation, process kartor, arbetsinstruktion, funktions beskrivningar, lathundar. Skapande av specifikationer till underleverantörer, Inläggning av artiklar och BOM listor i affärssystem (SAP). Eftermarknads support genom felsökning och framtagning av lösningar vid behov. Delta i diverse komponenttestning, fabrikstester, FAT och leverantörsutvärderingar. Idrifttagning för SAT samt leverantörsbesök och andra resor kan förekomma. Din bakgrund Gedigen erfarenhet inom elkonstruktion och automation inom relevant industri så som maskintillverkning, processindustri, vatten och reningsanläggningar. Några år inom projektverksamhet med extern leverans är meriterande. Du har en eftergymnasial utbildning eller en teknikutbildning samt erfarenhet inom relevant yrke och industri såsom; industriell elkonstruktör, ledande ingenjör, projektingenjör, tekniskprojektledare eller liknande. Erfarenhet av att konstruera automatikskåp och motorkontrollgrupper och kan konstruera självständigt i Elprocad eller annat liknande verktyg. Erfarenhet av redundanta lösningar med focus på ”High Availability”, så som S2, R1 och R2 Goda kunskaper i 2006/42/EC, IEC61439, IEC61000-6-2 / IEC 6100-6-4, CE Certifiering. Du har utmärkta kunskaper i teknisk engelska i så väl tal som skrift. Goda kunskaper i Svenska är meriterande. Kunskaper i konstruktion enligt UL / CSA. Goda kunskaper inom maskindirektivet och praktiska erfarenhet av elskåpsbyggnation (automation). Erfarenhet i programmering eller konfigurering av PLC/DCS/RTU/IPC/HMI eller annan teknisk utrustning är också meriterande.
