What you’ll do  In Digital Core we will create a secure digital infrastructure that enables growth, scale, and efficiency. At Volvo Cars, we intend to improve the digital backbone by building out necessary capabilities for our future business, but also by decreasing technical debt and unlocking efficiencies in our current business capabilities. As a Sr Business Analyst in Digital Core, you’ll be responsible for documenting requirements and doing gap analysis in cross area programs, including car programs, enabling end state process with supporting of digital capabilities. You’ll collaborate with well-established teams/cluster/areas such as Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Cyber Security, Supply Chain, etc.   You will play a key role in defining the business or digital requirements, translates into detailed functional specifications that undergo business stakeholder review. You must have experience of business analyst work within the capacity in large complex- and strategic digital programs projects and programs in an agile set up, but also experience from working with analysis for processes in R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics, Order to Delivery, Procurement & Finance. Within your role, you should not be afraid to dig into the details of requirements and converting them to epics, features, and user stories. Your ability to manage risks and dependencies across different teams and to visualize a consolidated roadmap is excellent.
