As a designer, you have: Experience: Strong background working with user experience and user interface design, preferably at various companies. Design process: Experience contributing in the complete product development lifecycle. Familiar with different design methods and ability to apply and adapt. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities includes: - Financial Analysis: Thorough and detailed follow up on revenue and cost and create bridges from estimates/forecasts/budgets vs actuals/estimates monthly/quarterly/yearly. - Budgeting and Forecasting: Independently prepare and report forecast on PnL and BS. - Variance Analysis: Proactively evaluating the business by preparing business cases initiated both from yourself and from the management. - Daily Duties: Establish an independent, trustful and competent relationship with managers with budget responsibilities to secure high quality in financial estimates and maximize the quality in support from Finance to the Operations. - Performance Metrics: Develop and track KPIs to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement. - Cost Control: Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement efficient processes. - Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed. What we’re looking for To thrive in this role, we believe that you have great skills in Excel and a strong ability to communicate financial figures and calculations in an understandable way. Schedule & Inventory Analyst

The role  We are looking for a dedicated and analytical Schedule & Inventory Analyst to strengthen our Free TV team at Viaplay Group. In this role, you will play a central role in analyzing the schedules and commercial inventory of our Swedish free TV channels (TV3/TV6/TV8/TV10 & partnership channel History). You will actively support our scheduling team by providing analysis and insights to shape the overall schedule. At the same time, you will have a specific responsibility for providing and managing relevant estimates for our sales and planning systems. The position is primarily focused on numerical analysis and involves use of historical data as well as knowledge of upcoming TV schedules. The role is part of the Nordic estimation team and reports to the Head of Business Tech. Responsibilities: - Estimation and administration of viewership for our programs and commercial breaks. - Active collaboration with the scheduling team to ensure that schedule decisions are based on thoughtful and data-driven insights. - Exchange insights and knowledge within the Nordic estimation team. - Assist with analysis related to TV viewing and its impact on schedule decisions. - Monitor and analyze competitors' TV schedules to identify opportunities and challenges. - Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed, especially in connection with specific events or changes in viewing behaviors. The role  As a Principal Engineer at Viaplay, you will be contributing hands-on by engineering scalable and resilient back-end systems in Node.js and Rust running in AWS, as well as driving the overall technical vision and direction of our platform. In your role, you will ensure we develop the platform to meet the challenges of a continuously evolving product, developing strategies to battle complexity and ensuring efficiency. With your passion for technical leadership and willingness to act as role model for others, you will be an advocate for the developer community and a mentor to engineers within your domain. You will join an autonomous metrics driven team of experts to deliver engineering solutions aligned with long-term technical and product visions. We build our entire product in-house with apps in native languages and a microservice backend in AWS transitioning towards an event driven serverless architecture. We strongly believe that being on the edge of things when it comes to technology is crucial, always keeping ourselves up to date and constantly challenging the status quo. What we’re looking for  We are looking for a passionate and experienced developer with a genuine interest in software engineering and leadership. We believe that you are currently working in a role as Principal Engineer, Technical Lead, Technical Director or Technical Architect, and have experience of working with a variety of challenges requiring solving complex technical problems.
