Om tjänsten I rollen som kundtjänstmedarbetare kommer du att arbeta med flera bokningssystem och hantera tekniskt komplexa ärenden. Du kommer att stödja våra kunder främst via telefon med alla aspekter av deras flygbokningar, såsom avbokningar, ombokningar, bagagefrågor och namnändringar. About the role As a member of the Project Management Office at Etraveli Group you will work on key company Strategic Initiatives leading cross functional projects and facilitating their delivery. This role will focus on the General Ledger (GL) impact of various transactions, particularly on the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L), and manage the impact and timing of P&L recognition for open items and related accruals. We are looking for a candidate with a solid understanding of accounting principles, exceptional analytical and data manipulation skills, and a proactive mindset for identifying discrepancies and delivering actionable business insights. Open Transactions Management: Assist in investigating and resolving reconciliation discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions. Take ownership of the analysis and resolution of old or long-outstanding open transactions impacting the P&L. Manage the process to initiate any large write-offs. Monitor adherence to transactional controls and identify potential breaches or areas for improvement. Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., System support, Customer Service, Fintech, FC and BC) to ensure understanding and compliance with transactional control policies. Actively collaborate with system support and other development teams around new order flows and changes to existing setups and assist with the potential impact to books. 3. Data Analysis and Business Insights: Analyze large datasets transactions flowing through the reconciliation bucket to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. About the Role Your day to day work with involve: Working with Arista routers, Checkpoint firewalls and F5 & A10 load balancers. Design, create, improve and maintain our network infrastructure so that it is easy to deploy, scalable, performant, secure and fault-tolerant. Network and infrastructure design, maintenance and troubleshooting. Support and manage load balancers, including VIP creation, load balancing algorithms and health checks options. Together with the skilled set of DevOps/Infrastructure/Database engineers you will troubleshoot network related issues Requirements You are a network engineer with at least 5 years of experience working with on-prem data center networks. You have worked with routing protocols such as BGP, EVPN and encapsulation protocols like VXLAN. About the role As a Senior Network Engineer at Etraveli Group, you will play a key role in designing, developing, maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience. You will work with advanced technologies such as VXLAN, BGP, EVPN to enhance performance and reliability in our LAN and WAN environments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with DevOps, SysOps, Database, Security, and other internal teams to align network solutions with business and technical requirements. Main tasks Designing, implementing, optimizing and maintaining Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure to support seamless connectivity and efficient communication across multiple geographic locations. Supporting and optimizing WAN/LAN infrastructure across multiple regions. Collaborating closely with internal teams, including security, operations, and application teams, to align network solutions with business requirements, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance standards. Developing and implementing network automation and tools to streamline operational processes, improve service delivery, and minimize manual intervention. Creating and maintaining documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, operational runbooks, and troubleshooting guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and support ongoing maintenance.
