Efterhand som du utvecklats i rollen och samlat på dig erfarenheter finns det stora möjligheter att avancera och anta nya roller inom teamet. Nyfikenhet och viljan att lära sig värderas högt inom teamet.    Om rollen: I rollen som AOP ansvarar du för incident och problemhanteringen samt är även delaktig i kunskaps- och förändringsprocesser. Arbetsuppgifter omfattar således både drift och support samt även utveckling och förbättringar. Du säkerställer tjänstens tillgänglighet och kvalitet samt ingår i ett nära samarbete med kunden och dess partners. Arbetet sker främst på plats hos klienten i Skövde. Applikationerna körs främst på MS Windows Server med databaser på MS SQL Server. En mindre andel applikationer används där Linux, Oracle, Java SE/EE och OpenVMS/OracleRdb förekommer. Primära Ansvarsområden: • Hantera incidenter och problem för att upprätthålla tjänstens tillgänglighet och SLA-nivåer. • Skapa och uppdatera driftsdokumentation. Implementera applikationer i test-, QA- och produktionsmiljöer. • Hantera databaser på MS SQL Server-plattformen. • Delta i klientprojekt och tillhandahålla expertis om infrastrukturkomponenter, tillgänglighet, kapacitetsstyrning och IT-säkerhet. Identifiera och hantera potentiella problem proaktivt och bidra till kontinuerliga förbättringsinsatser. Obligatoriska Kompetenser: • Akademisk bakgrund inom IT eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. • Kunskap om Windows Server 2016/2019 och MS SQL Server 2014/2017/2019. • Goda analytiska och felsökningsfärdigheter.   Meriterande Kompetenser: • Kunskap eller erfarenhet av MS Azure, OpenShift, Docker, IIoT. • Erfarenhet av IT-drift för tillverkningsindustrin. • Kunskap om agila arbetsmetoder.   Språkkrav: Flytande engelska och svenska.
